I battling this bumps at the back of my head which started about 2yrs ago with just one..now it seems it’s spreading and growing bigger..

Disregard every advise you have gotten in treating this.

First of all, change your barber, or tell him to sanitize their clipper and ensure it is sharp before barbing you.
Second, buy tweezers. Every week, get someone to disinfect the area, and then pluck out any hair on the bumps. Best will be if the hair comes out with the white part below it.
Then use any antiseptic cream on it. Do this and it three weeks it should go. Make sure you disinfect the tweezers and the person uses gloves.

Last night before I went to bed, at about 11PM I checked dollar to naira rate and it was #1,151/$. Waking up this morning (in less than 7 hours) I checked again and it has plummeted to #1,075/$.

What exactly happened over the night while I was sleeping? I've got like $5K cash and it's reason I've been monitoring the rate even tho I'm absolutely a layman who has no idea what's happening. What necessitated the increase in budget allocation is the insecurity not what you think.

After all Nigeria still has one of the lowest security budget compare to South Africa, Egypt and Algeria who are not facing terrorism threat.

Most countries you mentioned are around highly volatile areas. They have paid their dues by investing in critical infrastructure, peaceful coexistence and economic growth. Their budget increase comes with modernization and welfare of their soldiers.

In your case you are increasing budget for the generals to loot, then import outdated tech at inflated price and still leave ragtag terrorists to rum amok. Nobody measures KPIs, nobody cares about progress, All other sectors are deteriorating and crying for funding.

The weapons and armory our forces uses are not cheap, our military suppose to have the highest budgets in Nigeria if we really want to eradicate terrorists and insecurities.

Do you know how much country like Germany, France, USA etc put in their military every year? even those that are not at war and manufacture most of their weapons and equipment.
