I am thinking of taking my presiding officer to court for altering my polling unit results.
I want to go to court on the basis that the will of the people in my polling unit was altered. I want to file a criminal case against my presiding officer (PO) for altering my polling unit results before uploading them. Thereby suppressing the will of the people that voted in my polling unit.
The constitution made it clear that we have the right to vote and be voted for, and it also criminalized the altering of election results.
The election act 2022 state that it is the work of the PO to transmit results, and in no way gave them the power to alter the results. I have my evidence, both results, the real and fake one that was uploaded on inec page and also video evidence when the election was counted.
Is it possible to take a PO to court, and will the court attend to my case? Which lower court should I start with? Lawyers in the house should clarify this.

In most of the LGA released so far in Akwa Ibom, Atiku has been winning narrowly with Tinubu coming second and Peter Obi coming last in most.

But Akwa Ibom still get plenty LGA, I hope Peter Obi win some in the rest to reduce Atiku vote margin.

In Akwa Ibom, 25% is now very sure for APC at least.

The abbreviation of the party always comes with the design. I think what the woman is educating is there will be no LP but name Labour Party in full will be under the logo. It is not the business of INEC to design your logo for you.

If you recall correctly, in 2019, Buhari lost all polls, online and offline. In fact, when Buhari was pit against a Stone, the stone won with landslide.

Come Saturday, when votes start to trickle in from all over the country, reality is going to set in.

A Facebook user identified as Nwoba Chika Nwoba has revealed alleged details of an individual whom he claims to be the face behind Gistlovers blog.

According to the post on Facebook, Gistlovers' real name is Nnamdi Eme. He further claimed that he's 24 years old and he studied at Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka.
He added that he's working together with an ICT expert and they have confirmed the name of a hotel he frequents.

In his words:
"This is Gistlover. He's from Etiti community of Bende LGA, Abia State. His name is Nnamdi Eme. He's 24 years old. He studied Business Administration at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. His father was a lecturer there. He's Professor J.K Eme.

Dino Melaye and Apostle Suleiman should calm down. I have swung into action. Just a few days from now. There's a hotel he lodges in Benin City with a DSS officer. Currently, he's in Zamfara State.

His update of not being from the South East was just a badinage aimed at diverting attention. After summarizing what I am doing this night.

Reacting to the post, @gistloversgram_media debunked the rumours, revealing that the person whose detail was exposed is a police officer.

When the panel was set up to look into what happened when Obi was the Governor in Anambra State. He went to court and refused to attend the panel despite all the bad things he committed when he was the Governor of Anambra State.

Church started in a normal ways, after Sunday school class the main service began.
Praise and worship was so amazing, we dance and praise God in unusual way.

The next thing on the service was for the daddy G.O to come to the alter and lead some prayer but when Papa came he started with the topic of whom to vote and how he want the congregation to vote, I was like this is unusual of daddy G.O to be talking about the politics on the pulpit but daddy G.O keep saying vote for the man that has interest of Nigerian, do not vote any old man because is your tribes man.
One church man now asked that please sir who should we vote? pastor was like I think Peter Obi should be the best.
