Just yesterday in another thread I mentioned that Obi shot himself in the leg by including INEC in the petition.

It would have been better if INEC was a mere witness. That would have made them neutral.

If it was just APC that did the rigging, you would have made sense.

And they should be answering the query to show that they followed the process, not what they are asking for.

Why is it then making submissions to favour APC? Ideally tey should be neutral and allow the proceeding go ahead with its natural flow. Those that connived are afraid.

The winner through illegal means? The laws are clear on the conditions to make a legal return. The law is also not hold on what should happen if there is no valid return.

I am reflecting on the sham of an election that was done by INEC and I shudder when I think about the direction Nigeria is heading.

The few individuals that have always gotten away with criminality have been allowed to bastardize our democratic process and corrupt our ailing institutions. What do you think will happen going forward if they are not stopped by the well-meaning majority?

Imagine the next elections that will be conducted by this band of individuals? Those that think they benefit now, imagine if the key beneficiaries sideline you and go ahead to use same methods to retain power. What can you do then?

Imagine the level of criminality if these criminal elements succeed and are in charge of making and enforcing laws. Our constitution will be changed arbitrarily, repressive laws will be introduced, rights and freedoms repealed and this will not be done by popular vote or demand but by wishful thinking as with the same process of the elections.

Imagine the level of corruption and inpunity where the criminals that stole their way to powers start rewarding themselves and accomplices with our common wealth. Do you think we will see growth? The accompanying hardship and depression can only be imagined.

Imagine what will happen to opposition when the law enforcement, judiciary and key constitutional agencies are openly in support of the criminal elements and are also forming their criminal cartels within such institutions. What will be the hope of ordinary Nigerians?

The same criminal elements that have committed what is tantamount to a coup and treasonous felony by upturning and bastardizing a constitutional process are accusing others who are either protesting their actions or going to court of commiting same.


This should not be allowed to happen. This should not be allowed to stand if it happens. There are still good people in the majority in the judiciary, police military, civil spaces and government who this travesty will go on to affect negatively. It is time to take a stand. The Nigerian story is headed for doom and on May 29th the dark clouds hover. It is time for these criminal elements to be stopped in their tracks else we are headed for destruction.

Obidients are first of all collating the rigged result INEC and APC manufactured, if by string of luck, they will be caught here, this will make the case easy to prove and the mandate recovery a walk in the park.

If not, Obidients will move ahead to collate the polling unit results and replace the brazen mutilations by INEC, remove all the added votes to APC and return the stolen votes from LP. That should then give the break down of how Obi won.

Good! Anything short of this is against INEC's own law. If Nigeria was civilized country, the sham of a presidential election would have been cancelled for failing the basic requirements as enshrined in the law.

If Nigeria was country not gotten from the top, Yakubu and his collating criminals will be facing a judge as we speak, or a panel of inquiry.

He won't be issuing certificates and preparing for another sham of an election.
