He said he will be decisive in tackling insecurity. In his words, "when you pull people out of poverty, crime will reduce". He also said he wouldn't disclose the strategy he'd deploy to tackle terrorism/insecurity because of it's sensitivity.

He also reiterated the fact that you must have the political will to tackle insecurity.
