Good evening house. I have been in deep draw down (6%) for the past few weeks. However I managed to come out of the draw down today.

Good evening traders. Please I need your advise on this. I've been learning how to trade and have mastered the craft but was constrained by funds to start trading.

Fortunately, I told my brother about it and we agreed that I will be trading for him while we share the profit.

He proposed to be paying me 25% commission plus feeding. I live in his house because he has steady light. But as a trader you know most account managers take between 35% to 50% commission, I agreed because he's my elder brother.

I started on 23rd July and from $3,825 deposit, I've made $1,750 profit.

We are to withdraw profit by next week Friday which will make it a month.

From this $1,750 profit, I told him we will withdraw $1,500 instead of $1,750 so that his balance will be up to $4,000 because his plan was to deposit $4,000 when we were starting but due to high exchange rate, his #6.4m deposit didn't give up to $4,000.

I was surprised and angry this evening when he told me that out of the $1,500 we are to withdraw, he will give me $200. I replied him that I thought it's 25%. He then said okay I will take $250, which is still below my share of $375.

And we still have next week to trade.

Please how do I approach him? The emotional stress and the discomfort. I trade 1hr timeframe and wake up every 1hr at night to manage trades while he sleeps well then is it too hard to stick to the agreement.

Collect the 250 dollars and leave his account for him without looking back. He will obviously come back begging . You can equally purchase prop firm account from your own share and start your own thing.

There are things we need to get right. We have commissioned officer and non commissioned officer in the military. Non commissioned officer got recruited into the military with SSCE and the peak of their career is Master Warrant Officer rank except for few that makes it to Navy, Army or Air Warrant Officer rank. You can only be fair by comparing their payslips with those that got into the civil service With similar qualifications. Needless to say that the MWO is better off when compared to his counterparts in the civil service in terms of pay.
I won't comment on the commissioned officer part.
But generally, Nigerian workers deserve higher pay considering present economic realities without any need to single out the military.

Use gocharting com. You will have access to replay however, the data you will have access to will be limited.

Click on https://www.fxblue.com/live/account-sync and carry out 1 of this 2 (Hard or Easy)

Hard way: Click on Update like 2 times then scroll down and click Save changes. REPEAT the process for a 2nd and a 3rd time, and a 4th time, until you see Successful collection few seconds ago (see attached).

Easy way: Simply click Stop sync and start the SYNC process, all over again
