I had noticed the lackluster attitude of our players along time ago and it was an accident waiting to happen. Truth is, we do not need millions to get the team to work. We only need dedicated lieutenants that have the hunger and desire for success and not these sets of ajebutters we parade as players! Trust me, Jose had the likes of essien, ballack, Terry, Mikel, drogba, Ramirez, lampard etc. These guys will give their all as if their life depends on it. Jose had is own issue but the players are bunch of lazy ass who will only succeed in maybe America league or China!

The Nigeria working climate is very inhumane. If u are. not careful, u may lose your confidence during the process. Some employers have turned themselves to mini gods. Some much laws and rules that u will Begin to feel like u are under a regiment. I once told an interviewer that I was not desperate for the job when he was compelling me to a funny dos and donts. I respectfully told him he should not expect 100% compliance with that. Fred did his best and we saw it. I don't have a problem with getting a DM but heaping blame at the door step of Fred is largely sentimental. The three attacking lines were zero. Do u know that all our attackers haven't scored a single goal in d last four games..four good games. Our last three goals was between pogba and mctominay. The midfield cannot look decent if attackers don't convert their chances.

Moyes, Van gall, Jose, and now OLE but situation remains the same. What Does that suggest to us. It simply means we need to look at the PLAYERS.

Martial and Lingard should be like shakiri and Daniel Sturridge. At city, Mahrez and Gabriel Jesus are not regular starters despite their quality. That's how UNITED should operate

Ole needs to identity players that are below par and quarantine them before they cost him his Job. Rashford needs to sit on the bench for sometime, martial as usual is on his off period. In a nutshell, the attack needs a gradual overhaul. The guys are not bad individually but we need players that have a winning spirit.
