There's always a first time to everything. Will APC office in Anambra State make anambrarian to fall in love and vote APC ?. APC will still lose in ss and SE even if the set up 1 million office's in those areas . Also temporal office can be set in every state . APC office's in many state are full of idle people sleeping from morning till night without any work to do .it's waste of resources.
