Romance / A Nairalander's Valentine Message To Nairaland by Terry1(m): 8:26am On Feb 14, 2015
Valentine's Day!

What perception comes to your mind when you hear these two words?
Valentine’s Day is among the few days marked to be celebrated in tune with God’s Will. That means, it is meant for good. But just like in every other thing, human beings with the influence of darkness has turned everyday that is supposed to be meant for celebration of God’s infinite love for humanity into a sinful day. A day which humans willingly submit to the influence of darkness to perpetrate all sought of evil.

Take Christmas Day for example, during Christmas period, people do unfathomed evil to gather material things (which is totally wrong) just so as to have a lot of money and material things to do more evil as the darkness (Lucifer) will want it done. We are supposed to be celebrating the birth of the Love Incarnate, The Divine Being in Jesus, who walked the earth so that we will have more GRACE to wake up from our slumber, our sleep of death, to awaken our spirits, to live up to its purpose on this Ephesus (earth). Instead, we use this day to celebrate Lucifer and His cunning ways. To perpetrate evil.

Easter period is another great period with huge significance in the existence of earthmen, it is a period that is supposed to call for solemn reflection and worship of God almighty. But today, it is still another period humans showcase openly the evil ways of darkness, which lurk behind the love and clinging to material things (vanities) and the do-or-die ways taken to acquire these vanities.

Citing examples is of no use here, as every one reading this message can relay this to his/her life if he/she properly examine his/her activities during these periods. The love for material things and the craving for them, the means used to acquire them, the lust for sex in the name of love, immorality, excess alcohol and smoking, disrespect, malice, greed, murder, stealing, you can name all evils. These are Lucifer’s attributes, I can go on and on.
Most surprising of this all is that, we start these days with a church service (Christians). After church services, the show begins.
SOMETHING IS WRONG!

Nobody notices these things today, few that do, doesn’t care, they seek to suppress the inner voice, the spirit trying to awaken in them. The try very much to suppress that which would make them true humans according to God’s Will.
I am writing this because today is Valentine’s Day. They say it’s a day for love.

What is Love?
I know of only one “Love”, the Love Jesus (The Love Incarnate Himself taught the world). To love your God with everything in you. To love your neighbor as yourself.
I don’t need to explain further, but I will like to put down my understanding of what Jesus meant by “Neighbour”. Anybody that is close to you, in your vicinity or in your thoughts at a point in time is your neighbor at that time.
Now “Love”; Love is supposed to be that which is done ENTIRELY for the benefit of the other person. Love does not think about self, It is selfless. It is severe and It comes with Justice. Love DO NOT condone evil.

This few lines are meant to guide us if we truly want to celebrate the so called Valentine’s Day in The Light of God. It will NOT be a day to satisfy sexual urges, it will not be a day to satisfy material needs, it will not be a day to become an instrument that Lucifer uses to deem the Light on earth. It will be a day to Love all and spare non.

To the girls, to womanhood. I want to tell you that you are closer to God than the men. If you stand in this Creation according to the Will of your Creator, just a little, the earth will be a better place. A true girl or woman will not allow men to tarnish this day for her, she will not allow herself be instruments where sexual urges are quenched in exchange for little material things that won’t last. She will stand aright and multiply Love, The Love our Redeemer Jesus Christ came to anchor in the world!

Do not allow people to use clever words and cunning ways to make you think that what you initially thought and intuitively perceived in your spirit to be wrong is actually right. It is not right!
Your brain, your feelings, your instincts, your education can be wrong, but NEVER can your Spirit, your inner voice, your conscience be wrong.

Genuine Love is totally for the benefit of the receiver. When everyone is giving out genuine Love according to the Will of God, everyone receives in multiples what he/she gives out according to the law of sowing and reaping. No one lacks in Love.

Share genuine love to everyone in your vicinity and in your thoughts, to all your neighbours without expecting anything in return. For you shall in return, reap love in abundance. It is no mistake that our Lord Jesus said, ‘man shall reap what he sow’. Imagine the return if you sow love in abundance today and forever!
Let your Love be genuine. Let your thoughts be pure, let the light in you shine bright. Let your spirit awaken. Multiply the genuine love in your heart, because it is there!

Let the earth come alive in the Will of The Creator, The One Holy God.

Happy Valentine’s Day
With Love from Terry1

Hello Millionaires!

I am in plantain flour production.
I have used my first tranche to procure land for two years (the landlord insisted on two years payment). That done, I need detail information on how I can register trademark for my business, processes, costs, and duration before I get the certificate.

Did any one of you did any registration with the local government where your business is to be located? If yes, what registration is that?
Aside Nafdac and Trademark, what other registration is compulsory before I start production.

Thanks in advance.

Congratulations! Always remember that with sealing it is not a matter of safe conduct, a sealed one can still fail.

Also being sealed does not automatically make you a member of any organization, movement or religion. The individual, whether sealed or not, remains responsible before God for all his actions.

Sealing endows you with strength to serve the Light(God) with your whole being; as long as you strive towards the Light, you will find strength to overcome all obstacles. However if your volition strays from striving towards God, the strength will depart from you and your connection to the Grail(the portal of God's power in Creation) will be lost.

Make use of what has been given to you.

Your destiny lies in your hands.

Remain blessed

Thank you sir.

Romance / 8 Types Of Men Women Avoid. by Terry1(m): 12:38pm On Jan 07, 2015
Just as women are attracted to certain
types of men, there are other types of
men that women go out of their way to
avoid. Are you looking out for a new
relationship? To avoid the pain you
undergo when things go wrong, here’s a
list of nine types of men you should run
miles away from.

The Non-Committed Guy
This is the guy that tells you he doesn’t
want a relationship immediately, the guy
that can’t/won’t call you his girlfriend
when it’s way overdue, or the guy that’s
over 30 and hasn’t had at least two serious
relationships (or one very serious, 1+
years relationship).
It really doesn’t matter what his issues
are, the bottom line is that this guy can’t
see himself in a relationship with you. Do
not try to change his mind, turn him
around, or make him want it. You’re just
going to waste your time.

The Mama’s Boy
The Mama’s Boy probably still lives with
his parents in their house, allowing Mom
to iron his clothes, make his bed and cook
his meals. When a man delights in being
waited on hand-and-foot by his mom,
there’s trouble. He always asks his Mom
before making major decisions in his life
and its a big problem for you if his Mom
doesn’t like you.

The Underachiever
You know the type. He sits at home
playing video games all day and then goes
to hang out with his guys at the club at
night. If he has no hobbies, skills, or
future aspirations outside of his living
room, you know you’ve just encountered
the attractive but exceedingly lazy
underachiever. When searching for a
man, you should always look for
confidence, ambition and stability.

The Control Freak
Going out with this man is like dating
your very strict father. At first, his
embrace may seem warm and secure. But
before long, you’ll be suffocating. It’ll
start with going to the restaurants he
chooses, seeing the movies he picks,
hanging out with his friends and not
yours. But eventually he tries to dictate
everything, from what you wear to how
you spend your free time. With a control
freak, you have to give up more and more
of your separate experiences, separate
activities, separate friends. And then it
goes deeper to separate thoughts and
feelings until you no longer have an
identity of your own.

The Gadget Freak
The gadget freak always likes to be called
a ‘big boy’. He has the hottest phone and
a decked-out luxury car. In other words,
this guy has a lot of material things
keeping him busy. As a grown-up kid
who can’t resist the new plaything of the
moment, he has a hard time keeping his
attention on women. After all, who can
compete with technology when it changes
at lightning speed? This guy cares more
about stuff than people. (Bad sign.) With
this kind of outlook, women who date
The Gadget Freak are often left wondering
if an upgraded model will make them
obsolete.

The Over Intimate Guy
If your guy is too eager for some intimacy,
it’s never a good sign. For one, he may
act as if he’s extremely into you just to
get you into bed as soon as possible. He’s
the kind of guy that looks deep into your
eyes and tells you he never felt like this
with any girl before just a few days after
meeting him! This guy comes across as
incredibly affectionate and might confuse
you. If he’s the player type, this is all an
act to get you into bed.

The Cheap Guy
He invites a woman to dinner and then
subtly suggests she should pay the bill. He
never splurges to buy her gifts and he
always opts for the cheapest stuff
available. He makes her feel like they’re
on a tight budget from the very first date.
It’s just a few weeks into the relationship
and he’s already asking her for loans he
would never pay back. Ladies, this is
someone to run away from.

The Cheater
The Cheater doesn’t try to hide the fact
that he’s checking out other women while
in her presence; he flirts with the waitress
and he even goes as far as to brag about
his past girlfriends. Overall, he lacks
respect for women. It’s a sad fact of life
that some men are apt to cheat on their
wives and girlfriends, it should become
clear that most cheaters won’t change.
Ladies, it’s time to let him go once and
for all. Send the cheater packing and save
the relationship that matters most – the
relationship you have with yourself!
The One Who Doesn’t Like Your Family
Nobody has a perfect family, but if your
guy consistently says he doesn’t want to
be around your family, refuses to attend
events where they are present, or is
generally rude to them, this is a huge
warning sign for problems in the
future. He should love you for you, not
your family, and he should respect you
enough to treat them with kindness,
regardless of how he feels.
Do you have any more qualities to add to
this list? Do women really avoid such type of men?

@stagger, thanks so much for your contribution. you are a great man.
I still hope to hear from jeffmyson and Denn, I really respect you guys knowledge of business and your contributions here and many others.

@stagger and blink182, i see where both of you are angered and i feel all of us following this thread see that too, but the point is, it doesn't matter. its a small world and don't be surprised, you guys might meet in person and like each other from the first day. so i feel its ok with the exchange of words, if you guys continue then you guys will prove that you are selfish by turning a thread that is helping many people to be about you two alone, which is not fair at all.

It takes the strongest to say sorry truthfully to the other party and make up. even if he/she is right. we don't need this. both of you don't need this either. check deep down your hearts and you will discover you don't need it.

@Denn and jeffmyson, still hoping to hear from you guys and any other person that has a contribution for me, i will truthfully appreciate from my heart.

finally all of you guys contributing to this thread are great!

Hello all, I am a YouWIN 3 awardee. I've been following this thread for a while now. I want to start by commending your maturity. You guys are great!

my question is directed @jeffmyson, Denn, stagger.
I want to go into plantain flour processing, I applied for 7M and but YouWIN slashed it to 5M. My tranche 1 is now going to be 1M.

Here is what i have in mind, to use the 1M and rent a space, put a few offices together, do all registrations and licensing needed and then wait for tranche 2 which I can now use to purchase the machineries and start production.

But now that I just learnt tranche 2 might take up to 7months, my plan doesn't look wise again.

Plantain flour processing involves machineries. How am I suppose to start a plantain flour plant with 1M and start generating cash flow b4 tranche 2?

Thanks so much.

The "filename.php" is where the data from your form is been processed either to send it to the database or you use php send mail function mail(); to get the details.

Thanks.
I generated the contact form in Frontpage.
