The only time I have actually commented about Messi's performances were the number of times I watched him against Madrid and ManCity. I never watched him play against any other team. You can go find my comments. I never comment on things I didn't see with my eyes.

Like I said before, I don't like PSG as a team or a club. Unfortunately, Messi joining them haven't been enough to sway my love. So altogether, I have watched Messi 4 times since he left Barca. Twice each against Madrid and ManCity.

I am not arming any troll. I wanted PSG ( a club I detest so much) to win against Madrid yesterday but they went on to throw away a substantial lead. A win yesterday would have given you all the armour needed to defend Messi.

You have to accept that Messi, just like any human being, will reach their career end sooner or later. There is no champion forever. Yes, there may never be another player like Messi but you can see he is no longer the force he once was.

Even Barca that you predicted will take 3 to 4 years before we recover from post-Messi era, is actually looking to spring back to life barely a year after his departure.

Can you beat your chest that this Barca squad cannot challenge for Laliga next season and even more than hold their own in a UCL knock out match?

No. It's not about that. I love Messi just like everyone here. My frustrations with him have are all been well documented here.

But you see yesterday match, I wanted to see more. He was in the periphery of the match, with the best plays all passing him by.

To his defence, perhaps he's yet to recover mentally from his sudden departure from the club. Maybe that exit hit him more mentally than we thought.

I don't have any agenda against Messi. I believe I have been fair to him in all my analysis here. I don't also watch the French league. My only chances of seeing him play is usually in the UCL. And I'm yet to be impressed with what I have seen.
