so if a candidate lost in 36 state and win Abuja only is it fair to declare him winner
Do you understand English at all?

I just conceded that all these scenerios are not fair altogether, it is not only the 25 percent in Abuja that is not fair.

All of them are not fair.

So a constitutional amendment is required.

But for now, what we need is a proper and final Supreme Court judgement on the meaning of "36 States and the FCT"

What does it mean constitutionally and legally? not what does it mean commonsensically?.

For the umpteenth time I say,

COMMON SENSE AND LAW ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS.

Abuja votes is not special or superior to any votes in other states, all votes are equal . So if a candidate lost in all 36 state and win in abuja he should be declared winner abi
Agreed.
Abuja votes are not superior to other states.

So also let's assume a President scores 90 percent in all the 36 States and gets 1 percent in Abuja,
Is it fair for such President to be the "governor" of Abuja?
Definitely not fair, and doesn't make sense.

So what we need is a constitutional amendment on that issue, not some smart asses falling over themselves to see who's smarter.

Why are you guys so dumb, are you saying if a candidate wins 25% in the whole 36 state, in fact, possibly wins all the votes in the entire 36 states he should not be declared winner just because he didn't get 25% in FCT.

Doesn't that sounds stupid to you, is everyone going to reason like a dumb ass you lots are.
See this dumbasss meathead!

Is this the first time you're hearing about the phrase "lacuna in the constitution?"

Why are you so stupid?

I wonder why your mama didn't christian you the name "Stupiid!"

That clause is obviously a flaw in the constitution but logic and law are not the same.

There are many many such constitutional subjects that don't make sense which is why there has been a long time clamour for a constitutional amendment.

That clause must be amended but until then, the law works with the constitution not whatever you think makes sense to you or does not.

Do I have to paint you a picture for this.?

Or should I write in pidgin for you to understand?

Damn, so many goats moving around in human costumes in this country.

so someone that votes in abuja, his vote is more special and superior than someone that votes in suleja LGA in Niger state with is less than 1 km to Abuja territory ?
Law and Logic are two different things.

Why do you think we've been complaining about the loopholes and lacunas in the constitution?
At the end of the day the law is the law, no matter how illogical it seems.

Yes it doesn't make sense that Abuja's votes are more important than others,

Same way it doesn't make sense that an elected president whose election is being contested should be sworn in before the case is determined.

tesppidd, it was very foolish on the part of the political parties and their lawyers to have depended on using INEC's results to implicate and of course, there was no way INEC would have given them full cooperation.

The thing is, their prayers in this aspect was vague with regards to numbers, precise locations, etc where the malpractices took place and these are what the Judges look out for.
Foolish of them to depend on INEC results? This is so hilarious..

What were they supposed to depend on?

We were talking about showing proof of election results in details.
So we have a system were the petitioner is expected to show proof of election results in 100 thousand polling units in 1 month.

Inside that one month, INEC will delay them for 2 weeks.

So like 14 days to bring election results in 100 thousand polling units??

An ordinary national diploma from Akure or any part of Nigeria is valid and enough education. It's actually higher than the GCE results that Obi could confidently submit to run for office of president as alleged.
The BVAS worked fine, there was no problem with it, we corrected Obi lamba on that on national television recently. Please update your software. iREV is simply INEC's result viewing portal, for viewing results online. The physical results are/were available on the EC8 forms. Perhaps you didn't have enough party agents on ground or your agents refused to submit the report to you since they were not well paid.

It is ordinary OND from Akure that is making you insult and look down on people, telling them "go to school"

It's the reason every political party have or should have PARTY AGENTS. Party Agents are given a copy of election results and if it wasn't the case, they should have taken good pictures of the results because it's also allowed, print them out for proper documentation.

The Court is only interpreting which is same things I've been telling people around me. If you can have an open mind to go through their rulings, you'd also blame LP's lawyers for not doing the right things.

BVA was a game changer and INEC should have followed it up with proper transmission of election results. Yeah, it wouldn't have been perfect but it would have been far better than what happened.

I won't blame the Police and security personnels attached to polling stations without any means of self protection.
Have you watched presentation and collation before?

In many cases party agent denounce signatures assigned to them and raise all manner of complains which the collation officers just tell them, "we will look into your complaints or go to the tribunal"
But they continue collation.

The Law and every Court case is about FACTS and SPECIFICATIONS.

If they had stated the Polling Units, Number of acredited voters, number of those who casted their votes that day, Ward, LGA, and State etc it would have made the case valid.

Is it that the Lawyers don't know what they're doing or they know and only wanted to try their luck undecided

Recently, I lost huge amount of money and I can't take it up because I don't have evidence other done what I scribbled on my note which wouldn't proof anything.
I hope you remember how INEC deliberately frustrated the petitioners when they tried to get required documents and evidences to prove their case?

Seriously,? State poliing units, accredited voters and all that with INEC playing that hide and seek game?

Well, the blame alone isn't on this judiciary, even INEC, police, everyone in this country is a joke.

What he means is that Argentina shouldn't have been in that final at all
The ludicrous amount of penalties they got in that tournament reminded people of south korea in 2002
Do you get it now?
Oh and please don't bring up ronaldo's name because i leave that silly comparison for toddlers and pubescent trolls
If that's what LVG is saying then he's making no sense and if you're toeing that line then you're not reasoning at all.

What evidence is there, that Penalties aided Argentina or that refs deliberately awarded penalties to Argentina to aid them to victory?

Prior to that final as you say, Argentina only had one penalty goal from a losing or drawing position, against Croatia.

All their other penalties was when they were already winning the game.
So what logic proves that Argentina were playing nil nil or losing, and then the ref "dashed" them a penalty to help them?

And even in the said Croatia game they never struggled. They completely dominated and decimated Croatia.

So LVG is talking absolute nonsense.

The truth is that only France and Brazil were stronger teams than Argentina leading to Qatar 2023.

Argentina were lucky to avoid Brazil because Croatia eliminated Brazil..

And then they were lucky Emi Martinez made that crucial dying seconds save.

Argentina were worthy champions.

Now Who is an important person in our politics?

A person who uses cultists and security forces to rig elections and bribe INEC officials, or selling his own party to give advantage to a rival party?

Or a person who exerts democratic influence over a huge number of people and created a 3rd force as never seen before?
