There are at least 2 clear legal reasons why the suite is irredeemable and Wike himself has mentioned one publicly.

So you think a man will go to Court knowing his suit is frivolous, and then go into the public to announce the reason why the suit is frivolous - giving his oppositions points of law to argue on if they didn't already have them?

The salient point of your initial post was about how Wike had already achieved so much and risen to be governor so he was doing okay.

You then went on to say that Tinubu had achieved much from the system and still wanted to be President so he is greedy.

That was why i had to remind you that Wike himself wanted to be President and that's why he is crying everywhere today like a fat kid denied his daily ration of cake.

So how can you use the same tongue to blast Tinubu for being greedy in aspiring to be President but not blast Wike for aspiring too; when both men have benefited from the system??

So your initial post was not majorly about health but about "greed" of Tinubu but not greed of Wike.

What else can a man possibly ask of God when he has gotten to the level of governor in one of the richest states in Nigeria? When you consider that over 90 million Nigerians live on the breadline, you realize that you are very privileged to be a governor in a Nigerian state.

It's just greed that will impel people like Tinubu, who has benefited so much from the weak system, to keep shouting Emi Lokan when he should be more concerned about his health. Nigeria is an unfair state.

Tinubu wants to be president, Wike wants to be president.

Both have already gotten to the enviable and great height of being governors and both have most likely taken from public funds.
