The crux of the matter is that there is an unwritten rule of religious balancing just as there's unwritten rule of zoning. If you're offended with one and not the other, then you're the real hypocrite.
But like I said, a Bishop by virtue of his office represent Christian beliefs and interests. Religious balancing is in the interest of Christians given the belligerent and dominating nature of Islamists in Nigeria. For a Bishop to accept such a ticket as denies his flock of a statutory seat at the national table is a betrayal of self, worse than a Southern King subscribing to continuation of Northern rule because, at least the Northerner still has a Southern Vice unlike the Muslim who chooses a Muslim Vice and leaves nothing for the Christians.

If the fake Bishop was supporting Atiku, I would view it as being within the limits of his fidelity to his calling since the Atiku ticket has a Christian represented on it.

Just cause that is the standard with which people like you decide who is a Bishop or not does not mean it holds so for generality of Christians.
