Personally I don't think boko haram is behind this, this looks to be connected to the forth coming elections in that state. It is like a warning message or signal

One thing I have come to respect gej for is his sense of political timing. He knows when to fight and when to retreat all in order to achieve his goals and objectives

atlwireles: There you go day dreaming again. The question you should ask yourself, do you really know anything about Nigeria and SW politics? or, are you another megaphone for your failed social media confusion? You told us the same thing in Ekiti, you virtually forgot, Fayose was intimately loved by his people. What will you tell us about Osun tomorrow?
bros no mind them ooo. Many people here are nairaland analyst only and they know nothing about what is going on on the field. Let them stay here and keep talking while the real players do all the. Voting

Gboliwe: Some people sha. Somebody will just sit down in the comfort of his room/enclosure and sound so high and believe he has made a point. Imagine that one "Yorubas won't vote for Jonathan", Yorubas? As a group? Everyone of them won't vote for Jonathan? Chei! Na wa!
bros don't mind them , many of them don't even have voters card, they don't even know the name of the local govt where they reside. All they know is just to sit in the comfort of their rooms and make up theories. I always tell people elections aren't won on twiitter ,nairaland or facebook but on the political field.those that matters and decides who wins or loses don't have time for nairaland or social media.they are out there on the field campaigning and wooing voters. How are u bro?long time
THIS ARTICLE SHOWS THAT ROBIN IS A STRONG OPPOSITION LEADER.

SO, FEMI ARIBISALA IS ISINUIATING THAT SOUTH WESTERNERS SHOULD EMBRACE PDP.

#APC WILL STILL CONTROL SOUTH WEST FOR QUIET NUMBER OF YEARS.

#THEIR IS NONE DISTINGUISHED POLITICAL LEADER LIKE TINUBU IN SOUTH LEAST. LEASTERN POLITICAL LEADERS ARE INCOMPETENT, THEY CAN BE EASILY BOUGHT. THEY PLAY THE SECOND FIDDLE.

THERE'S NONE PROMINENT POLITICAL LEADERS IN SOUTH LEAST. THEY'RE ALL UNDERDOGS
I wonder which south west you are referring to ,maybe south west china or ghana .but if you are talking about south west nigeria ,forget it bro apc is almost dead. Definitely they will lose oyo state ,I was in ibadan some few months back and I know what every political grass root leader is waiting for ,believe it PdP has done its home work very very well and they have been helped by ajimobi high handiness ,people are just waiting to humiliate them . Ogun scenario is even pathetic ,amosun faction and osoba faction have resolved not to settle and it is obvious that tinubu will support his ogboni brother osoba ,this will most likely push amosun out of apc and believe me amosun and fayose they are in the same class, amsosun will fight back dirty. Osun is even worse ,salaries not been paid on time, and many other issues .the point is your party took yorubas acceptance of ur party for granted and believed that whatever you do ppl will take it without looking back. Believe me the only way any apc gov can make any impact now is to demostrate and show ppl that he is no longer tinubu ball boy and this will mean challenging some orders from him. As of now oyo state is dead broke so also is many apc states ,people know all these things and when they start using them against you and apc you will realize that they have been watching things closely.
PoliticsRe: The Beginning Of The End Of The Bola Tinubu Dynasty by texaco1: 1:40pm On Jul 01, 2014
Any keen follower of nigeria politics will know that apc and tinuubu were bound to fall sooner or later. The beginning of the demise of tinubu dynasty and apc started when they decided to create the so call mega party,I told ppl then that ac n should have remained the way they were. But one surprising aspect of it all is the way lagosians are condemning apc, fashola and tinubu,I have always believed that they love apc and that capturing lagos will be a hard one for pdp but with what I have been reading. So far it seems it will most likely be an easy ride for pdp. I am sure apc will still drop one or two state s in the next elections .

Surprisingly apc supporters have gone extremely quiet since the outcome of ekiti election. I think the gbawes and co have now realised that tinubu isn't the kind of person they can follow because he tinubu has lost the support of his people . I won't be surprised if some apc govs start picking quarrels with ttinubu just to prove to people that they can be independent of tinubu

Dreal1247: The truth remains that Nigerians most of the times fail to realise the fact that one of the easiest place to succeed in life is Nigeria. Some people are doing the menial job that they cant do in Nigeria abroad. Yet they cant even make ends meet.
God bless u for this comment bro, people will never believe until they have seen and experienced it. I always advise people that what they are spending millions or hundreds of thousand to look for is right in front and beside them in nigeria .but whenever I tell them ,they. Always hate me so I have decided to watch them.but nigerians should note that what u are looking for outside is right there in nigeria
PoliticsRe: Senator Annie Okonkwo Dumps APC For Not Having Good Intentions For South-East by texaco1:
Very soon ,I am sure that one or two govs from apc will decamp to pdp. Not everyone can stomach the insults of been called a ttinubu ball boy
PoliticsRe: Ajimobi Must Go by texaco1: 4:27pm On Jun 30, 2014
RedReact: Ladoja won't compete for sure, as I don't even want him there sef, but him working with Akala/PDP, let's wait and see then. As for Akala, he wasn't really keen on coming back, but with the surprise spin of Ekiti poll, he is anticipating more, but as I said earlier, let's wait and see.

God keep us alive and healthy till then.
yes , bro . i duff my hat for you . and please if you want Nigeria to change you have to join the process and contribute your own quota .it will be good to see people like you at the helms of affairs in Nigeria . and when the time comes please join pdp. PDP , the party to beat , the party to be in ,wont you rather party with us .
PoliticsRe: Ajimobi Must Go by texaco1: 4:20pm On Jun 30, 2014
RedReact: I may not want to agree with bold because Oyo State is quite big, compared to Ekiti State, and not with our politicians behaving as prostitutes all around; APC, PDP inclusive.

I am looking forward to their primaries anyway but as it is the fight for the state may be between APC and Accord. The civil service still has a tilt towards the former because Ladoja treated them well in his time, reason why AP will always hold sway at Egbeda LG.
bros ladoja will not contest you will see , ladoja and akala will not contest they will only support candidates . then accord and labour are all working for pdp . bro you will see .
PoliticsRe: Ajimobi Must Go by texaco1: 4:11pm On Jun 30, 2014
RedReact: Oga Texaco, I agree that crisis can happen within a group, as it is quite normal, but not like that of what is going on in PDP. Right now, the division is along the geographical position on the state, one in Oyo South and 2 in Oyo North, with the ex-governor as one of them. The trio fighting for control now are all opportunists, and no one of them will look the side of a man like Arapaja at all, if power is what we are talking about, hence my saying he is in the wrong party.
That is their issue anyway.

My issue is the present government to do well for the State, and I am not disappointed so much, although little angry.
good analysis , but you see pdp has something , before any election they usually disagree or fight each other but once a candidates emerges ,they all unite eg ekiti state .
the cake is enough for all party member . the case of the ex governor is understandable and what will eventually happen is each strong power broker will be given a geographical jurisdiction . there is a lot i can say on a public forum but when the chips are down you will see that all their fighting boils down to how to get a share of the prize.just wait bro you will see what will happen . and thanks a lot for arguing and discussing without throwing insults , i am really very happy to be discussing with you

RedReact: Wrong party? Yes sir!
Who are the people like him that are in the party in the state? I am talking of a principled man here, and not an opportunist, like the ones parading themselves right now. PDP is even in crisis now, as there is a struggle for control of the party by one person, to be like a godfather.
ok i can see you know things about pdp , ok let me be brief here , you see the crisis you see isn't anything , it happens all the time , with the demise of baba adedibu there is a power vacuum , all power blocs will state their case and put their interest forward , what you see as a crisis is in fact political bargaining and trading . this will go on till the state congress and once a candidate emerges all power blocs will be reconciled
PoliticsRe: Ajimobi Must Go by texaco1: 3:30pm On Jun 30, 2014
RedReact: Yes, I can say it anywhere. Arapaja is a good and gentleman but he is in a wrong party.
wrong partyhuh shocked
ok we shall see wink wink wink
PoliticsRe: Ajimobi Must Go by texaco1: 3:06pm On Jun 30, 2014

AND DON'T MENTION AKALAangry
akala won't contest for even pdp ticket ,trust me it is all politics . Pdp has 5 good candidates and akala is more or less like a king maker . Just wait and see how the game plays out ,but one formidable candidate to watch out for is a for house of reps member.I won't say more than that

Enigma1510: Luckily for me, i was able to collect a phone from Linkto out of 5 items i ws expecting. Collected the phone December last year. Even though i later detected the phone wsnt imported, it ws bought @Ikeja. I sent him 124000 and still have 105625/106525 left with him. Am just saying this coz i can see many pages are already lost. Before nairaland went down, hesaid we shld meet him online, and he never came online even though am still expecting him to tell us d reason why he wasn't online. Thank God, have been able to pay 60% of my dept and i was able to sit for my sch's exam. The below pictures were my chats with him when i still thought i could trust him. grin. I was such a fool though. I knw he's trying to settle things but he's nt doing it in the right way. I cnt go without thanking Lagtech for his help. May almighty God bless him and his work. Linkto, may He bless you and your work too and may He also touch your heart too.
sorry for the loss bro, let's pray. Everything works out for good.
