CFCfan: I see. Texas and Arizona seem to be less chaotic than Southern Cali. Though they say everything is bigger in Texas, lol ![]() Yeah. Phoenix is just as bad as LA though. |
CFCfan: Ok. LA can be chaotic at times, with some of the unruly folks there.I was a baby when we moved, so I never encountered any. |
CFCfan: Cool..I guess I can call u a Hollywood ladyLol. I wasn't there long though. I was raised in Arizona and Texas. |
CFCfan: I don't think soI was born in LA |
CFCfan: They look serene. I doubt the ones here in California look as nice. Anyway, I wouldn't know as I've not yet used such a facility since I only drive in Cali.Have I asked you where in Cali before? |
fittty: Are you Caucasian?Yes, why? Those are my feet...btw |

Tex Trex is a photo diary of some of the places I've been. This first installment is a Rest Area along the highway near a small town call Crosbyton. These facilities are scattered about Texas, and other states, throughout America. You will find them on most Highways, and Interstate Roads. Some are nicer than others. This particular one was remodeled recently. Most have picnic tables, and B-B-Qs. Some have restrooms, and in Texas, they are usually well maintained. This may seem a strange choice, but when you see the pix you will understand why I chose it.

Mr Troll: Yep. this is what Science does. look for practical and workable solutions to human problems, Not...Science, and ingenuity have certainly brought about some useful things. I have always been fascinated by how the human body works. Amazing machine. |
Interesting stuff. |

If someone says "don't beat a dead horse" it simply means to stop talking about a topic that has been throughly talked about enough where there isn't anything else you can talk about without repeating yourself. It can also apply to an action being done over and over when it simply won't work. |
*walks into thread. Slaps Mr. Troll. Grabs him on either side of his face. Kisses him soundly on the mouth, and walks out* @ topic I stand by my initial statements. |
Joshthefirst: *blocks her path, asks her: "what are you doing with that dead horse ma'am?! Surely you don't want to eat it!"*Nope...If y'all are done beating it, I thought I would bury the poor thing. |
I'm loving this... ![]() |
* Joshthefirst: why would I tell you when you wouldn't believe me?*walks through thread, dragging a dead horse* "Excuse me, just passing through." |
harlos: yeah. Same thing i think about everyday.Seems like it will never end sometimes. Doesn't it? This too shall pass my friend. Hang in there. ![]() |
obi alfa: that you are a hypocrite.Honestly, we are all hypocrites at one point or another. It's what we do about it, that counts. |
obi alfa: I am myself. As usual.Sigh...still smh |
ighoosagie: this topic should b moved to family sec..If a man will cheat on one wife, he will cheat on 4. |
obi alfa: I am a giver. Not a taker.I recall you making a different claim once to Ishi, but ok... How are you Alfa? You seem chipper enough. |
harlos: Been busy afternoon, very very busyToo much on your mind? |
I guess they are just as bad, from the sound of it. This is incomprehensible to me. It can't be that bad. |
obi alfa: hi. been scarce lately in the chatbox. butthurt?Nope. You? |
Mr Troll: does that mean you don't believe in hellfire?I don't believe in 'Hell' per se. No. |
