I have friend who had his interview a day after mine and he's been called twice for the SRD (he couldn't make the first). Is there a chance your choice of career path determines how soon you get called or is it just a case of interview performance?

My brother it beats me too.....I've had SRD notification since June but no date yet to come for it.....I'm perplexed at this whole recruitment.....

If u pass ur online assessment, weeks or months later, HR Head at UK will comtact u. All result goes directly dere. Ur CV and credentials along with with your online assessment will determine if u wil b shortlisted by dem.

If u meet dere criteria, de will call/ email u and arrange for phone interview in which Shell HR in Nigeria will conduct.

I just concluded phone interview with Shell earlier dis month waiting for SRD. If u ar intelligent and brilliant, u wil surely get d job.

Have you gotten the SRD notification already from the HR? Please what's your course or what discipline did u opt for during the interview?

Spawne as long as the status ain't changed yet..keep your fingers crossed.... Usually they send u SRD success mail even b4 the 10 days they say....but I guess in your case they are through a large batch of interviews and they want to finish all...b4 sending success mails......take a chill pill and calm down....

Though am just kind of apprehensive about not getting the chance to do that next year due to the 12 month interval period one has to wait if you had applied the year before. But since the application came out again the second time this year, I was thinking it could extend till next year due to delays that might be inherent in the process. Funny enough I had applied already and even done the competency assessment but still in a dilemma. So please, if you were to be in my shoes, considering the whole situation, what would you do?
To everyone in the house too, please your advice will be highly appreciated.

if you have applied.....nor fear...count 12 months from when you applied....means you can still make it for next yr too...so like a song would say "ogbeni calm down"

The people I know applied to production engineering and well engineering.obviously,shell has bn askin for well engineers for a yl,so I tink Its just logical they call dem first.

Wow..seems they haven't even called more than 50 people till date for the ongoing SRD, this one they are calling only MSc holders for medicals ....is there any hope for the non-MSc holders even? Well any case info is that SRD still continues, medical invites would still flow...recruitment officially ends December 2013. tolu goodluck

these "some people" where they in same SRD with u guys? or any other SRD for this year? Hope its not last year guys that are doing their Medicals sha...."just asking".....And i know that at least you guys did well in the SRD so none of una don get the medical invite too?
