i applied for gate keeper position.
the salary is 90k plus other side benefits.

If u pass ur online assessment, weeks or months later, HR Head at UK will comtact u. All result goes directly dere. Ur CV and credentials along with with your online assessment will determine if u wil b shortlisted by dem.

If u meet dere criteria, de will call/ email u and arrange for phone interview in which Shell HR in Nigeria will conduct.

I just concluded phone interview with Shell earlier dis month waiting for SRD. If u ar intelligent and brilliant, u wil surely get d job.

I understand what you're saying, but from info @ my disposal, if you get an offer with shell your initial 'set-up' pay will easily offset the UBN N2m and you'll still have a good enough balance (change)... Lastly, a bird @ hand is worth thousand in the bush o my bro... Remember, we never even got phone interview not to talk of SRD or offer.

If I were in your shoes, I'll really wait for shell or other big coys without bond... I am assuming you studied Geology or Geophysics (?). If my assumption is true, then, I suggest you go for jobs more related to your course instead of banking...

I have friend who had his interview a day after mine and he's been called twice for the SRD (he couldn't make the first). pls I wrote my shell online assessments yesterday and got this message below. pls I would like to know how many months or years it will take for my application status to change from' under review' to'phone interview'. is dia any hope for me cos I have B.A in Philosophy and MA in view in Philosophy also? from my observation, it seems those that are being contacted are those that did physical sciences and engineering and those that have foreign degrees whereas my degrees are from UI and UNN. what is the hope of those of us that applied for hr? can sb's status turn from under review to unsuccessful? it seems this programme is somehow, seeing few ppl that are interested in it and also,comparing this thread with that of odas that mean employment and are serious abt employment like UBA,DBank,NIMC thread,Air force,navy, army thread etc. will dey still contact some of us that are just applying? please I need ur response.
