Secondly, he used tape to rapped where there should be sensors to scan d card. So where is d gadget and when did Lagos State start using that POS as cowry card payment. I have cowry card, u can only use it to tap inside brt once u want to enter. And it never look like that POS the guy held. It may be they just playing or so.
