There was millions of Igbos in Lagos before Tinubu stepped his foot in Lagos to claim it as his. That's why he will never be President. While other Nigerians are building bridges or atleast pretending they are, Tinubu is burning down bridges, and he wants to lead the same country.

If Tinubu allows anyone fool him to start any crisis in Lagos I want to tell him now that the MB will come for the Yorubas too. After that he will be dragged out of that state to exile or prison, his properties confiscated and nationalized.

But just as the writer said, Obi should be careful. But he's not careful. Rather, he's playing politics with it. He didn't speak in favour or against it early enough. That's not a sign of someone with the heart of the people.
If you say there N2tr outside the economy. It's the result of corruption of ages which should be tackled by firstly reducing cost of governance. I recalled Obi mentioned it too in his campaign. But him coming to justify that govt is doing the right thing with the redesign is like he himself is reasoning like Buhari. Him also waiting for almost 2 weeks before expressing the plights of the people is like acting like Atiku, the wicked and the pretender.
The only person that was proactive to speak and condemn was Tinubu. Whether its cos it affected him directly or not, he still spoke.
I m not here to market him but he's tht only one that despite his campaigns that are filled with funny skits cos of his gaffes, he actually made sense about revamping agriculture, employing the youths and boosting the military.
In all, I hope we all think critically to chose well. And Obi should be realistic and truthful with his campaigns. His lies are being noticed by the sane ones and I can't just do follow-follow.

If bandits could display millions of naira of the new notes, what's stopping the politicians who owns most of the banks?. Do you think Peter Obi, for example, who is a shareholder in Fidelity bank with access to billions of naira, gives a hoot about you queuing under the sun?.
I know that Obi supporters are kind of happy that the harsh policy would push people to anger to vote against APC but I can assure you that this events. if not checked would further encourage vote buying. How would someone who struggles to get as little as 2000 naira all week reject free 5000 - 7000 free cash on an election day?

And they say the new notes is to curb vote buying by Tinubu. Because of the scarcity of the notes, vote buying will happen. Nigerians will gladly collect the money because it's scarce.

interesting times, the soul of Nigeria is at stake. The man can freely campaign for anyone he likes...now some of us are of the theory that fulanis want to dominate, in particular Atiku is not getting much support from the south because the south believes 2023 belongs to the south and he oppose GEJ in 2015 because he believes power should return to the north. We had Obj for good 8yrs & now Buhari/Osibanjo are about completing their tenure of 4yrs x 2. If truly we believe in equity and we respect each other as components that make up Nigeria...shouldn't all political parties consider the southeast for presidency? I am a full blooded northerner, Tinubu supporters don't be carried away by attendance of his rally up north, most are there because of the gubernatorial, and other candidates of the party. In my LGA is almost a taboo to mention Tinubus name.
