so I went for a week deliverance session at mountain of fire and miracle..
I did three days dry fasting Monday to Wednesday..then 6am to 6pm the subsequent days. the fasting added with the shaking style of prayers... I lost so much weight. people are looking at me as if am sick. I need to add up.

I need ur advice. I also quit smoking. losing appetite in the process. pls in need advice. on how to add weight so fast...

Naiarland has been my favourite site since i joined, because that is where i get useful informations nd solutions, am grateful, but right now my fellow nairalanders i have an issue, i shaved my mustach for like 2 years nd that area is getting darker, which has terriblly changed my looks, i decided to stop and let the hair grow, but it makes no differnce, the area is so dark that i hardly come out side this days, its emberassing, i don't like it. pls is there anything i can apply there to atleast reduce the dark/ugly appearance, nd i promise neva to shave again tanx

I ve had pimples on my face right from my teen age,I'm not reacting to any thing,it is mostly on my cheek and my back but recently I starting having rash or pimple at d back of my thighs which caused the black spots,so lets say my body is full of spots even my hand. I ve been using fair and white soap and cream since last yr. Wat about the papaya scrub question,also how effective is lemon juice on spots?

I hav small spots all ova my forehead during my period but now they r all ova my face and always turn into blackheads. They r not pimples, I hate the fact that there is no smooth patch on my face cos these spots r everywhere especially round my forehead and hairline and jaw. I am now pregnant so its worse. Wot should I do? Noxema was just giving me sunburn but didn't work clearacell cream face wash didn't work too.plz any advic tho I think it might b hormonal

What is the best way to maintain an elderly person's health?

My Father (above 70) always has severe Cough crisis. He has never smoked cigarret in life. Stopped drinking beers over 20yrs ago.

He is still healthy but just the cough crisis. All tests were carried out (sputum, urine, blood, etc) but nothing discovered to be the cause. I just make drugs availblle for him as maintainance.

But pls what way (drugs) to better maintain such case?Complete holistic health should be seen from an integral point of view, taking into consideration several aspects such as nutrition, psychological aspect, bone structure, exercise, hygiene and taking responsibility for one's own life.

pls was best drug 4 ulcer patient. Although i was talkin malaria drug n typhoid drug think it was it only 2 go 2 hosptial n was told dat i hv ulcer n dat my appendix is in it mild stage. Although hv finished takin d drug dey gv me in d hospital bt d pain by d left side of my tommy is stl on n a change in my mouth taste coupled wt yellowish unrine colour. Wat do u advise me do pls

For the past eleven months I have been ill.
The major symptoms I have are weakness, fatigue, fever and headache, with fatigue and weakness being the most prominent. This has affected my studies adversely.

I have done several tests and the results usually show malaria and typhoid. At a point and even currently there is no longer any malaria. But typhoid still shows on all my WIDAL tests results.

I have taken virtually all typhoid drugs and none seems to alleviate my problems. In fact it gets worse once I start taking any of them.

It was that bad, at a point it was counselled that I do other tests to exclude the possibility of other things.The following tests were done viz.

HIV - (have done like 4 of it at different times), NEGATIVE.

Liver Function Test = Okay.

KIdney tests = Okay.

Full Blood Count = Okay.

Fasting blood sugar = 95.

Occult blood = positive.

Urinalysis = Okay.

Staph = small of it was seen.

The last test was on the 16th of this December, it showed no malaria maybe because I treated malaria some couple of days prior to the test. But the resuult showed the following from WIDAL TEST

Its been going down for over 8 months now......... I can't sleep for more than 4 hours each day; I keep waking up after each hour. I haven't tried any pill yet,not that I like any . I need your advice pls.

Please help me, The pains is too much for me to bear, I had saw throat since tow-days now. I went to a Pharmacy and was given Azithrin-500mg and Diclofenac 50mg to ease the pain and is still paining me seriously. Since these period of time I have not eating any solid food as a result of the pains i'm passing through, I only force myself to take only tea and fried egg to enable me take the drugs. Apart from the I had also loose my sleep. please any one one with useful information as regards to what I can take to help me ease this pains should please do so with HONESTY. Many thanks

Thanks for the opportunity, I am asthmatic and recently I have been using a drug dexamethasone for the past one month it works well, but I have been having leg pains and its getting worse so I have decided to stop the drug for now cos I can't bear the the pain. I have also decided to concentrate on using calcium cos I feel maybe I have used an overdose of the drug that's why I am having the pain. please I need your advice.

Dear fellow nairalanders,
Am an 18 year old who started suffering from acne since I finished secondary school and gained admission. I have used all sorts of facial creams and soaps ranging from Nixoderm, Funbact-A,Epiderm all to no avail, it still breaks out again. Recently I started using Neo-medrol which has worked fairly enough, but am beginning to have dark spots lefts by d pimples(Don't know if its cause o the neo-medrol lotion am using) and I try my best not to pop them or touch my face, I have oily skin too. Pls this is spoiling my one spotless/smooth face, have also tried honey, olive oil and all sorts o things. Pls help neeede ASAP!!! Thanks in advance
