I am 46years old. I have huge fibroids that make my tummy look like 6months old pregnancy . I have a child 3yrs ago after repeated miscarriages caused by the presence of the fibroids. Ive lost 2 pregnancies after my baby's arriva l. I'm not growing younger, I want to have another child . Ive tried several natural/herbal therapies - local and foreign, to no avail . Ive heard cases of women who did surgery and died . Ive heard of those who did and never conceived again  '(. Ive also heard of them who did and later had babies - even twins! A part of me wants to go for surgery but with my age am wondering if I have any chance of conceiving again .

My online research revealed that  once menopause sets in, fibroid tumors shrink but my findings from older women show that it becomes more problematic around that time, such that women from their mid forties and mid-fifties most times opt for surgery when the symptoms become unbearable, and in most cases such women end up removing the entire uterus so it won't regrow. Yes, REGROW, that's the word I fear most in this case, and that explains why Ive failed to go the surgical line all these years!

Now I'm at crossroads, anyone with useful suggestions shd pls come and let's rub minds.  Do  you or does someone you know have fibroids? How are you/she/they coping? Can you recommend a good hospital for its surgery? Cost implication? Alternative to surgery? Thanks everyone, as I await  your meaningful responses.

don't use too much products at a time always do a patch test before using a new product and wait for 48-72 hours to monitor reaction also drink lots of water.avoid creams that are chemical based use natural ones instead.

I know of someone who was tested to be HIV/AIDS positive. My friend's 10 year Marriage is about to collapse.

His, my friend's genotype is AA and his wife's genotype is AS but their 4 year old daughter has been confirmed to have SS genotype by not less than 4 different medical experts. He confronted the wife and accused her of infidelity but she vehemently denied having any affair with another man. In other to prove her wrong, my friend subjected the little girl to a paternity test and there he got the shock of his life - the result showed he actually is the father of the girl. At first he accused the doctor of compromise because he is their family doctor and somehow relates to the wife. He then decided to go to another hospital to prove the paternity of the girl child there and then he got another shocker - the first result was actually correct. As It stands, my friend has consulted more than five other doctors outside the state of his residence and all Confirmed that the girl's genotype is SS and he actually is the father of the child despite his and the wife's genotype being as stated above. Even the doctor's are confused by the results as it negate conventional medical norm.

My question now is, experts in the house, is there anything that can lead to such unconventional biological flaw? Under what condition can AS and AA couple have an SS child? Can mutation lead to such condition? My friend insists on divorce because he doesn't believe the wife. Should he go ahead based on what we all know about genotype?

Hello my fellow Nairalanders, my girlfriend has been suffering right from her childhood till now, please is there any solution for her because this bed-wetting issue is becoming something else. just yesterday she decided to spent a night in her boyfriend house since it was raining heavily ( note, she doesn't sleep outside because of this problem) only for her to come to my house this morning as early as 5:30am with tears in her eye and when I ask her what happen, she told me the same old issue of bed wetting and that the guy drove her out, call her names and ask her never to call him again.
