Nairaland / General / The World Need Peace, let's Change The Game Plan And Unite For Humanity Sake-gabr by TGNEWS(m): 12:19pm On Sep 22
In an effort to celebrate the 2020 World Peace, the Youth Wing of Christian Association of Nigeria (YOWICAN), Adamawa State Chapter has called on leaders across all divides to embrace Peace.

The charge was given to all Nigerians to embrace war against COVID-19, against aid, against all form of terrorism not against humanity and not against the existence of mankind.

YOWICAN in a Press Release signed by its Chairman, Rev Gabriel L. Shall said Peace is an essential part of human existence without which humanity will go into extinct.

The Adamawa Christian body stressed the need of all Nigeria and world leaders to embrace Peace as the United Nations clamours world peace day.

The statement said the 2020 theme is a wake-up call to "strengthening the ideals of Peace, through observing 24 hours of non-violence and ceasefire" UN General Assembly devoted to Mark the 21st September.

"We charge world leaders, warring factions, terrorists and insurrectionists to lay down all arms and fight to honour humankind with the atmosphere of peace. And as you obey, may the Lord open your heart to see the needlessness of war and bloodshed.

"As the YOWICAN Chairman, Adamawa State Chapter, I urge all warring factions to change the game plan and embrace wars such as the war against COVID 19, malaria, HIV AIDS, etc. May God continue to grant us peace as we labour to ensure a war-free society where human lives are the target. Above all, the Bible says "blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called the sons of God.

"Enjoy the peace and be a good ambassador of peace where ever you are." Shall state

Politics / Jaafar, Adamawa Reps Member Rated The Best By APC Chieftain by TGNEWS(m): 6:09pm On Sep 21
An All Progressives Congress Chieftain in Adamawa state, Alhaji Bilal described the Federal House of Representatives Lawmaker representing Mubi North, Mubi South and Maiha in the National Assembly, Hon Jaafar Magaji Haske as one of the best member the constituency ever had.

Ibrahim who is the APC party Chairman of the state reiterated this when the national Assembly caucus member under the delegation of Senator Aishatu Ahmed Dahiru Binani visited the party office in Yola last week and assured them of their total support to unite and together for the overall interest of party party members.

During the meeting , Bilal praised Jaafar performance in the national Assembly and the first of its kind empowerment program he recently organised for the whole people of his constituency.

Bilal said what Magaji has done remains a history setter no one has ever done that to the people of the area, of which hundreds of cars, Tricycles, sewing machines, irrigation machines, Grinding machines and start-up capital distributed to over 800 people to start their own businesses.

He said the empowerment became the talk of the town in the state making even the opposition jittery of APC political office holders performance in the state.

A beneficiary of Jaafar's empowerment program Ahmadu Muhammad said Magaji remains a rising star from the horizon whose glory of shining can never be dim down by the opposition or his political enemies.

Ahmadu on an interview with our correspondent in Yola condemned the campaign of calumny some politicians through their thugs are doing to smear Jaafar who he said is a hard-working lawmaker.

According to him, some politicians in the Northern zone have started propagating falsehood on the personality of Magaji, spreading lies and propagating rumours that he sold all his houses and deserting his constituency by not frequenting home.

A falsehood Ahmadu addressed as a lie and cheap blackmail of the day. He said of recently Hon Haske was home and spent days during the last Sallah celebration.

"Let them come out with something else not this kind of useless and baseless propaganda against Jaafar who is doing well for the whole three LGAs is representing.

"The young Man is breaking their political strongholds of non-performance and is replacing it with good representation and his bills, motions and contributions have started yielding results.

" It's because of him the abandoned Mubi NTA now resumed operation and the area is proud to have him their true voice at the National Assembly.

"Whatever they want to say against this young man, they are wasting their time, I'm assuring you Jaafar is enjoying the people's support, they are just adding value and recognition to him, no two ways about it, he is a choice of the people, his time is not yet over until God says it is over not mere political hooligans will decide the fate and destiny of many people in our area." He said

He continued to say that their lies will never see the light of the day because good will always triumph over evil.

"The steps of a God-Man are being ordered by God, Jaafar is doing well and the majority of the people are with him." He added

He called on Magaji to remain focused, never worry over primordial issues some politicians are trying to distract him to lose focus.

"Jaafar you are in the right track, don't get carried away with what enemies of our areas who turned themselves political jobbers looking for ways to distract you. He said

Charles kolobaya is another beneficiary of Jaafar human empowerment and confessed that he has not seen a de-tribalised politicians who carries everybody along irrespective of tribe and religion, once you are indigene of this three LGAs is representative he sees everyone an important valuable assets that he can't joke with.

I'm from Maiha LGA where Jaafar's Mother came from, his constant visits to his maternal parents, his immediate grandparents in Maiha are always proud of him because of the testimonies abound in the lips of many of his good representation.

" If it were be a thing of selection I would have prefer Magaji to continue representing us at the green Chambers. Many before us has represented us,with his current representation we are clearly spotting out the difference.

"We are seeing it all,the difference is visible and audible that Magaji is not a religion bigot, he is not sentimental on all issues pertaining his work as an elected lawmaker of the federal republic." Magaji Said

He further said that he doesn't trust their loyalty too as their mission is not in any way being backed with any grassroots politicians.

"They guys came with an intimidating convoy of Jeeps without no any of their grassroots politician supporters to show support for their cause.

" I didn't see any lawmaker of APC in their midst despite about eleven lawmakers the party is having in the state Assembly, no any former local government Chairman or councillors escorting them to the party secretary to show a sign that they are really after the unity of the party as she said in her speech to the leadership of the party under Alhaji Bilal Chairmanship.

"As you can see already a video is trending in the social media that the woman is no longer needed, those youths you saw are actually saying the minds of so many people in the state that her time is up, and she should not waste time in coming around to contest for any seat.

" Sir I must confess that people like Senator Ahmed Barata will not let her be, but will be giving her wrong counsel in order to extort money from her because he has been relegated at the backdrop with the title of former politician. He wouldn't want to accept the reality that he has been retired from active politics." He said

A supporter of the Senator, Alhaji Mauludu Usman when contacted said that those youths are miscreants hired by political enemies of Binani and enemies of the party in the state to stall down the possible unity of the party.

He lamented that if things should go this way peace and unity in the party will be a mere mirage.

"Tell me what is her crime in her efforts to bring the party's glory back in the state? Let me tell you Distinguished Senator Binani is not worried a bit, she is focused and well balanced to represent well the people of her zone.

" I stand bold to say and be challenge that, no Senator in the history of Adamawa state put together has done what this woman is doing, go and find out the records are there for you to judge by yourself." He said

A gesture that was widely seen to extolled the senator as a performer and a lover of her people.

The Senator who also flagged off the installation of streets solar light to the seven LGAs constituted her constituency while sharing the fertilizer she said the 12,600 bags is a personal donation, not a constituency project.

But a loyalist of All Progressives Congress (APC) from Central Senatorial District of the state, Alhaji Mohammed Bappare refuted the claims and raised an alarm that the federal lawmaker only claimed the donation by the Federal Government to the people of Adamawa through her, not her own personal donation.

"The claim by Adamawa Central zone Senator that the fertilizer she has brought to distribute to her constituents last 3 days ago was her personal donation is nothing but a fat lie," Bappare said

Bappare recalled that the Senator In 2019 lied over flood materials distributed by the federal government and claimed was her own personal gesture and an effort to ameliorate their her people which was later exposed and rebuffed by well-meaning individuals in the state.

"Our distinguished Senator has always been economical with the truth, in 2019 all evidence was shown that the relief materials were given by Federal Ministry of Humanitarian and disaster management, this time around I expect her to treat the people of Adamawa with all sincerity of purpose, there is no need of claiming with is originally not coming from her, this is a serious leadership problem when people in the helms of affairs cannot be truthful over the trust the people have shouldered to do then we are doomed for poor representation.

" One can only be comfortable that Binani can never represent with a simple truth as she has reversed back to her usual political ways of wild claims, glory hacking and hunting.

"If she wants to convince us, I challenge her to show the people of Adamawa the receipt of the fertilizer purchased and company the fertilizer was bought." He added

He continues to say that the Senator should not forget that this a civilised World and Adamawa Central zone can not be tricked with any political manoeuvres and they will do all they can to defend the interest of their people and expose leaders that are held bend on doing any acting people representation.

"The senator has failed beyond redemption as such we have resolved to take our destinies into our hands, leadership is about sacrifice towards public service as such any leader that has fallen short of Hon. Dr Zainab Gimba performance standard should forget about political leadership in our Zone and Adamawa state and even Nigeria." He added

The view of APC Organising Secretary in Gombi LGA Nubiya Nathaniel said the good intentions of Binani has been sabotage by the people she delegated to distribute the fertilizer in the LGA.

He lamented that the two trailers load of about 1,600 bags was not wholly delivered as half of the fertilizer went to individuals who were not supposed to be given because the party was not involved well in the distribution process

"It's unfortunate her good intentions have been sabotaged by a few individuals, selling what is meant to give the peasants farmers for free."

He, however, condemned the position of Bappare to only be acting base of political beef and true hatred of the wonderworking and most performing Senator.

Nubiya said Binani is beyond the political views of Bappare, according to him she has been tested and trusted, proven herself beyond reasonable doubts to the people of the state in many aspects that she a good leader.

He advises Bappare to Sheath his sword and supports her to succeed because it's her time.

A Youth from Adamawa Central Senatorial District who claimed has worked for the success of Senator Aishatu Dahiru Ahmed Binani representing the area said much propaganda was carried out on the 88 cows for Sallah Distributed to her constituents.

Mohammed Bappare said he is a front liner supporter of All Progressives Congress (APC) and part of the masses who worked round the clock during her campaigns days and brought her as a sitting Senator but neglected those who made her who she is.

According to him, Aishatu needs to be reminded that the good will of the people of Adamawa state, especially the central zone have made her a Senator of the federal Republic, therefore, she should give the Constituency what they really deserve.

report has it that it was more of a political rhetorical claim, propaganda that has fallen flat on the faces of those who echoed it, the few one shared were more of ram than a cow which is very unfortunate and deceptive.

"Sallah cows are much what we need in Adamawa state,do the work of a true legislator and help our people in all pheres of life." He said

Bappare said that the recent distribution of Fertilizer to Adamawa state farmers have only proven to the people of the zone and the entire state her desperate political Governorship agenda which is already dead on arrival as far as he is a concern.

"Check the program of the so call fertilizer distribution aside from the leadership of the party, did you see our APC members of the assembly? What about the stakeholders? Look we know what is happening, we pushed her to the Senate and today all she is doing is playing lips & eye service which would backfire on her and those who are misleading her that she is a political entity that can make a political impact come 2023! We are waiting for her time shall tell.

" What we want is quality representation, pick up the phones of your constituents whenever they call you and be in constant connection with them to hear their plights for onward passing of bills and motions, this is one of the major reason why we've voted her."

He complained that the fertilizer, Cows, rams and street solar lights combine together is not a quarter of what Dr Zainab Gimba, Honourable Federal Representative representing Bama/Ngala/Kala Balge Constituency is doing in Borno State.

"As I'm talking to you her free and personal donations she made has started generation tension among some APC members who supported but could not see the gesture reaching them.

" I think our Senator should be more genuine on what she is doing and stop playing the smart political games of 2023." Bappare added

Crime / Tiv, Kuteb, Mumuye, Fulani Tribes Gives Gov Ishaku 30 Days Ultimatum by TGNEWS(m): 5:25am On Aug 01
Some major ethnic groups in Taraba State on Friday lamented injustices mated on them by some actors in the state and urged governor Darius Ishaku to address the injustices within 30 days.

At a press conference in Jalingo, chairman of the groups, Obed Ameh who was flanked by some tribal leaders alleged that Mumuye, Fulani, Tiv and Kuteb ethnic groups were made to suffer unjustly in the state.

The groups alleged that since 1996 when the stool of Ukwe Takum (a Kuteb chief) became vacant due to the demise of late Ukwe Ali Ibrahim Zito, there have been attempts to deny the Kuteb people access to the stool.

“This later culminated into a series of crises in that area that consumed several lives and properties worth billions of naira.

“We want to draw the attention of the world to an alleged devilish plan to appoint three third class chiefs in Takum town which has never happened anywhere in the world. The gazette of this plot is being developed.

“We wish to call on the state government as a matter of urgency to fill in the vacant stool of Ukwe from Likam ruling house within 30 days so as to avert a further crisis in Takum.”

The group also said the state government should create Chiefdoms for the Mumuye in Jalingo, Lau and Ardo-Kola local government areas in the interest of justice.

This is even the group said the
Kwararafa, Chanchanji, Chonku, Kona, Bakula, Bakin-Dutse chiefdoms were wrongly created and major ethnic groups were denied their cultural and traditional rights of rulership, instead minorities were made to rule over the majorities in the areas, urging the governor to correct the injustice.

On the vacant stool of Lamdo Bakundi in Bali local government, the group called on the government to install a new chief from the decease lineage without further delay, just as was done in Donga and other places in the state justice.

While lamenting the Jukun/Tiv crisis in the state, the groups said the over one-year crisis that has killed many and destroyed properties worth millions of naira would have been averted if justice was on a play.

“We wish to call on the warring factions to sheath their sword and the government should urgently set machinery in motion to allow both parties who were displaced to go back to their homes to continue with their normal businesses unconditionally.

“We also urge the state government to take proactive measures to ensure that the Hausa/Fulani who were displaced in the Jukun/Hausa-Fulani crisis of 2014 in Wukari is allowed to go back to their land unconditionally and their property is given back to them so as to allow peace reign in Wukari.”

Reacting to the allegations, Taraba State Commissioner for Information and Re-orientation, Barr. Danjuma Adamu said the people reserved the right to express their feelings in a violent free manner and that government will look into their grievances if presented through the right channels.

He explained that some of the issues pre-date the administration and the Governor was following due process in addressing them in the interest of peace.

Adamu said the people were free to return to their places and nobody was preventing the Hausa-Fulani in particular as presented by the group from returning to Wukari.

“Due process was followed in the creation of the chiefdoms and people applied. So, if some people feel aggrieved they should follow the right channel, without resorting to violence.

“On the Tiv/Jukun crisis, the government is doing everything possible to resolve the issues.”

Crime / Taraba Communal Clash: Tiv,other Tribes Doom For Cleansing Under Darius-group by TGNEWS(m): 9:46am On Jul 31
A group under the auspices of Tiv concern Youth in a press statement fingered the executive Governor of Taraba State, HE Arch Ishaku Darius for not only targeting Tivs ethnic nationality in the state but extended his ethnic cleansing agenda to other tribes.

The group in the statement signed by its Secretary, Teseer Andrew Aandookar said the Governor has made his mission clear on the recent committee he constituted to investigate the immediate past Provost of Taraba state Polytechnic, Mr Daniel Mom.

According to the group, the investigation panel was asked to check how the administration of Daniel Mom run the affairs of the school while on acting capacity as Rector for four years after twenty-three years of the school existence before his assumption into office.

The group reiterated that they are not only agitating for the exclusion of Tivs and other tribes but concern indigenes of Taraba that yearns for equality for all people in the state irrespective of tribe or religion.

They queried the composition of the seven-man Committee to have many members as Jukun despite having high profile Tiv people in the government.

They said it's a deliberate move to ensure that Daniel Mom who’s of the Tiv extraction is nailed at all cost for being the best Rector and a Tiv by tribes who are perceived enemies of Jukun-The Governor's tribe.

" How can a Tiv man get justice in a Jukun dominant Committee or in a Jukun perceived court? This is the question that has been and begging for answers in the Darius kangaroo committee which is playing lip service to it." They said

The group further called the attention of Governor Darius to know that the administration of Daniel Mom remains the best in the history of Taraba state Polytechnic who served on a 4 years acting capacity without him been confirmed, but left office blameless with visible achievements in his name as follows:

"23 three years ago before the coming of Daniel,in concrete terms no achievements whatsoever been recorded, but Daniel tenure was behind the jack-up of internally generated revenue (IGR) which was below 50 million naira to over 100 million naira. A hundred per cent IGR of the school.

" His administration installed solar electricity panels to academic blocks and classrooms for study to cut down expenses incurred from the electricity company, in 23 years no single course was introduced to the school system, but Mom introduced 3 more courses, and 5 other more are been accredited, during his time resident Doctors were employed and laboratories to many departments like Mathematics, Physics and Electrical Engineering were equipped and rehabilitated. They said Mom constructed a well-equipped computer centre also purchased vehicles for the institution use."

"If not hatred for Tivs and other ethnic nationalities in the state why should the Governor not celebrate and salute this great man but rather set up a committee to witch hunts him?

"This committee is set up for an agenda and the agenda is only one, to clean up all tribes that are not in good light with the Jukuns.

" The Governor has failed the people of Taraba with his unproductive administration, a regime that does not value education and not geared toward development, he should come out and tell us a single achievement of his five years in office.

"Since 2015 to date no single project this government has commission, only to enslaved the state with undue loans that even our third generation children can not be able to upset it. We are regretting voting in this Man.

" 28th February 2020 alone the state house of assembly has approved 35 billion naira for road realisation,up to now nothing tangible is being seen. Who is fooling who? If he knows is clean why not also set up a committee to investigate all these loans procurement which does not follow due process and no visible results to that effect?

"No wonder Taraba is stagnant and backward state in terms of development, because the man running the affairs the State's affairs is after personal enrichment and using his office and tribe against each other to be enemies.

" We are calling on EFCC to visit Taraba because there is serious corruption going on in the state under the watch of the Governor.

They also said for Governor Darius only Constituted an investigation committee for the period of Daniel's administration characterised with developmental and great innovation has indeed turned himself an arch-enemy of Education, Tivs and other tribes who do not fancy his administration.

They further said that if Governor Darius is not after Tivs tribes should also Constitute committee(s) of such magnitude of all tertiary institution in the state, not just the polytechnic alone.

"Our people are been killed and renders homeless by your kinsmen in southern Taraba where the strides of your government should be felt but stoop low to witch-hunting an innocent man who is seen a hero to have revived the ailing institution.

" Mr Daniel Mom was the first Tiv man to be appointed Rector in the Polytechnic and performed well but despite all these achievements of his, is now being targeted a bad Man because is from Tiv extraction."

They are calling on concern people in and outside Taraba, most especially President Mohammadu Buhari to save Tivs and other tribes in the claws of Governor Darius who does not mean well to them as their fate is not certain of what it will become of them in the near future.

Governor Darius Senior aide on Media and Communications, Mr Bala Dan Abu when contacted was not picking up his phone after many calls put through.

But a close ally of the government who is an ardent supporter of Governor Darius pleaded his name should not be mentioned said the group are a distraction to the Governor's good motive in working for Taraba state, especial the education sector set as one of his Cardinal agenda to revive.

He condemned the position of the group wrong feelings of Arch Darius who is being loved by all people of the state and appreciating his kind of leadership.

He said the Constituted committee is not witch hunting anybody but an aim to do the needful for the school and the people of the state.

"People have a right to say whatever the want to say, but government must always do what is right for the generally of people they are serving.

" We are much comfortable with the leadership of Darius those complaining are probably the problem of the state, but I'm asking them to tow the path of peace, unity and progress of the state in all they do." He said

Nairaland / General / Flyovers Are Needless In Adamawa, Invest In Agriculture To Build Them Later- Ex by TGNEWS(m): 11:23am On Jul 30
By Tom Garba,Yola

Former Nigeria Customs Services Comptroller General (CG) who is an indigene of Adamawa State, Hamman Bello Ahmed Kojoli, OFR, said he read through a publication that Adamawa State Government is awarding a contract worth billions of naira for the construction of Flyovers in Yola metropolis, the state capital, this according to him is needless as the state does not have congestion that warrants such magnificent projects.

Bello in an effort to proffer solution asked myriads questions whether the Flyovers Bridges are the priorities of the people in the state: "Do we have congestions on our roads that warrant the construction of Flyovers?

He said Adamawa State today cannot stand on its own economically without the monthly Federal allocation and the state needs only investment that will internally generate revenues that are needed to build the Flyovers rather than borrowing to build the Flyovers.

The elder statesman advised that the Government should embark on investment in Agriculture because Adamawa has massive land, enough rainfall and a large volume of water in the Benue valley for Irrigation.

Ahmed said instead of the needles flyovers the human resources is there in the state and government should construct a bride along the Chuchi valley to boost the irrigation farming systems that will also connect Jimeta and Yola towns to enhance the commercial activities of the State.

"The Natural Parda Lake should be dredged for Irrigation and fisheries. The Kiri Dam is also there for Irrigation and Hydro-electricity generation. The Jada Dam contract should be revisited and concluded for Irrigation and Hydro-electricity supply. The Mubi, Ngurore and Ganye Cattle markets should be expanded and upgraded to Free Zone Cattle markets. Adamawa State should be opened to trade and commerce. The Mubi - Sahuda - Marwa, the Jabbi Lamba - Bell - Garwa, Yola - Fufore - Gurin - Tarawa in the Cameroons and Ganye - Tongo - Koncha roads should be rehabilitated to open up Adamawa State for trade and commercial activities." Ahmad advised

The former CG further called on Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri the three Senators, House of Reps members representing the state in the National Assembly including the State Assembly members to continuously plead with the Federal Government for the dredging of River Benue from Lokoja through Makurdi to Yola and Garwa in the Cameroons.

"Construction of Railway Line from Lokoja through Wukari, Jalingo, Mayo-Belwa, Jimeta, Mubi and finally link up with the Maiduguri Rail Line. Revisiting the PTF Chochi Irrigation Project. Rehabilitation of Pela - Maiha - Mubi, Lifiya - Gewana, Tola Junction - Binyeri and Kojoli - Jada - Mbulo - Yebbi - Ganye Roads. These roads were built by the late Governor Abubakar Barde regime of Gongola State. Ever since no rehabilitation work was carried out on these roads.

" Establishment of Rice Mills and Meat Factories in the 3 Senatorial Zones of the State for the processing, packaging and exporting of the abundant Paddy Rice and Meat that the State is blessed with rather than allowing Exportation of the raw materials. With this in place, I believe Adamawa State will stand on its feet financially rather than depending on monthly Federal allocation. Then the profits derived from these projects could be used to build the Flyover." He said

Alhaji Aminu Hassan, the Executive Secretary of the Agency, in his address, commended the Governor Ishaku for releasing funds for the procurement of the drugs.

He assured that the drugs would serve the purpose they were procured for, adding that the agency had developed mechanisms to prevent diversion of drugs.

He directed the local government Drug Revolving Programme committees,
to comply with the e-remittance of funds rather than physical cash remittance.

Hassan also said, that the agency would henceforth supply drugs to local government primary health care authorities directly and ensure patients no longer buy drugs from patent medical stores.

Four local government areas that received their consignments include: Gassol, Takum, Yorro and Bali.

Thursday morning was gross complains by Adamawa civil servants who thronged to various banks in Jimeta-Yola to make withdrawals of their July Salaries.

The state workers lamented that the executive Governor of the state, Rt Hon Ahmadu Umaru has failed them to have not kept to his promise of New minimum wage salary implementation as directed by the federal government.

The view of many of them suggested that the Governor is no longer a fan of the state's workers because he reverted to old 2019 salaries structure.

A civil servant who spoke to our correspondent on condition of anonymity said the July salary has shocked him after seeing alert with unexplained deductions.

He said Governor Fintiri has started paying them with evil, not what they have agreed to when he was campaigning to be the Governor of the state in 2019.

"We don't expect this from our Governor, he boasts around that Civil servants are his pride and we played a big role in making him a Governor, no matter what it is, he should give us our due wages and allowances.

" The fresh air is now a scam,it is not what we have expected it to be,it is a polluted air" He said

Another Civil Servant who also pleaded to be anonymous he lambasted the state Chapter of Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) to be accomplices of all the ills against the state workers.

He said a major decision of this nature wouldn't have been reached without consulting their leaders.

"For our hard-earned money, which is our rights has been forcefully taken away for no reason because of the weak leadership of our union.

" No Governor will take that sensitive decision without consulting all the stakeholders involved, our leaders are all aware of this and they should come and tell us their interest is for the government and not the collective interest of NLC in the state." He said

All effort to reach the NLC Chairman to this publication proved abortive as all his line were saying"switch off". But our correspondent later gathered that he travelled to Taraba state for a burial and hope to return to state later today.

The Chairman, Trade Union Congress of Nigeria (TUC), comrade Nasiru Babale in his own response said Governor Ahmadu took them by surprise, and it remains a shock to them as there was not any prior information to that effect.

He revealed that the Governor had wanted to do so on the June salary but they had intervened when they got the wind of the information.

Babale worried that there is no basis and excuse for the Governor to do that despite the increase in the Federal account allocation committee(FAAC).

"We are shocked for the Government of Adamawa state to wake up on a Thursday morning to see our salaries been reverted back to 2019 structure with no explanation," Babale said

The image maker of the Governor and the Director of Media and Communications, Mr Solomon Kumangar was not picking up his calls at the time of filing in this report.

According to the Eyewitness that Crowther Seth “shed uncontrolled tears as hiding his face in shame even when the governor was addressing the protestants at the IDP camp.

The Lunguda stakeholders revealed to the governor that what has been happening in the area was not a communal clash between Lunguda and Waja as it was obnoxiously presented. It was a well scripted and executed attacks.

The stakeholders lamented that Lunguda communities were razed down in the wake of the attacks by the alleged nocturnal gunmen who raided at night.
