I think its bcuz of the accident rates. take for example an accident happens on the road u can easily rush the person to the hospital buh wen a jetty capsizes it hard for u to even see a means of moving the injured ppl not to talk of them reaching the hospital on time
buh after seeing these challenges the govt can try to make everything in place like having an ambulance built jetty or ferry and even having light house stationed at close distances within themselves so as to ppl can feel safe travelling by water by just seeing there is life around them

I feel there is nothing there as the scripture also said don't call anybody father so pls wat are we to call the male person that gave birth to us
also general overseer is different frm father
