Leading with 1,000 in 10 of the 20 LGAs declared in the supplementary. REC came to the collation centre at 1am and adjourned collation to 11am. Same REC went to collation centre at 9am in company of police cp, civil defence commander and DSS director, no collation officer, no inec commisioners, no press (captured with camera phone by those around) and announced apc winner with a torn sheet of paper, no result nothing nothing and left. Check it naa. Does it even make an iota of sense?
