Thank you for what I take as sincere question.The real answer to your question of why the quran refer Prophet Muhammad as not the father of any One is because of the case of his adopted Son Zaid the son of Harithahh who the member of the community then are calling Zaid the son of Muhammad So Quran clarify the case that if you adopt a son he is not your real son and in Islam he must answer his real father's name if he is known and from then Zaid is not refer to as Zaid the son of Muhammad but Zaid the Son of Harithah.
