There's no way a human being can be improved or learn to be good by constantly picking or pointing how bad they are, it doesn't work that way. Instead they tend to be more stubborn and be the opposite of what you want them to be. Until women and men tend to appreciate each other flaws there will be peace between the sexes, but if not there will always be conflict. I've never heard or seen a child being improved by his/her parent constantly condemning the child because of their flaws, instead they get more stubborn.
