BusinessRe: Doing Business With 300,000 Naira Capital? by theforce(m): 2:51am On Aug 15, 2006
Chief,
I suggest you stay clear of the Okada business. But the truth is that all 'heads' are not equal.
A few months ago, i started buying one a month till it was about three. It was on hire purchase. Half way down the line one became a pastor abandoning my bike(Left me to my faith), One got injured and didnt want any one to ride it except him, and the funniest one (The third) won a lottery of 12,000 naira and decided to quit!!
I have lost one of the bikes to thieves, one has a partial accident(just minor repairs, and the last has no rider)if i am able to sell i would.
The up side for me is that i got money from else where and got a bus. It cost me about 560,000 naira to put on the road. After spending almost 240,000naira on bikes!!

Most important idea? Keep / Get your day job but re-invest in what would bring daily money!!

BusinessRe: Anybody Interested In Cocoa And Palm Oil Business, Exportation Mainly. by theforce(m): 4:51am On Aug 04, 2006
Austin,
i know you are trying to promote your business. The truth is that posting the same messages over and over again is not the best way to go about it. The truth is that you should take time out and use various marketing schemes to get investors (Octopus Style).

I am actually interested in the export of commodities but my liquidity has dropped in the past months due to an investment in the transport sector. In the next few months though, i may be ready to invest say 1million for starters and see what happens from there.

A very keen observation i made was the website you are currently using lacks a lot of essential details. It also lacks aestheitic beauty and efficiency. When people want to do business with you, they would not want to see such FrontPage / Template material. Sorry i am a sort of Website critic. I remeber toying with the idea a few years back and designed a prototype website www.forcexports.netfirms.com

It was halted for a few reasons. Would like to partner with you but would want to see numbers. You can email me at theforce_cia@yahoo.co.uk
CrimeRe: An Open Letter To The E.f.c.c by theforce(m): 3:18am On Aug 04, 2006
Bani,
Like you have been rightly adviced, please post this letter to a newspaper house as an article or open letter. You can get the major Nigerian Newspapers through this website www.nigeriamasterweb.com
The truth of the matter is that a good number of the cyber cafes are aware of the acts of these Yahoo boys. They normaly put signs up over the computers and still turn a blind eye to the use of extractors and the scaning and designing of Government documents.
I would also like to see the EFCC do a more thorough job in terms of arresting actual culprits. Stakeouts and observations of Cyber cafes for a while can allow them pick up the right people.
The truth is that with every scam mail, the I.P address that it was sent from can always be traced. Whether Cyber cafes or personal CDMA machines.

Gorgee you are right! the test held in King's College Lagos, and candidates were invited via sms. The problem was that the text messages were sent through MTEL GSM line. Mtel SMS hardly ever get to its destination. I heard that a lot of seats were empty at the venue of the test.

Ambikus, i heard that the test held in Abuja. The test slated for Lagos and Portharcourt was rumoured to have been called off till further notice. May be it was the professional group test that held not the trainee group.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Interview With Mike Adenuga by theforce(m): 1:54am On Jul 20, 2006
Well i hope you know that the advice you get concerning this may be altered by the recent EFCC shake-up of the great M.A!
He usually sits in a corner while they interview you. He could chip in one question or two.
Advice: Be bold and sure of yourself, Be confident and have in mind that if you do not get to work for him the almighty could open doors for you to employ more people than him.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Message From Nicon Transcorp by theforce(m): 3:38am On Jul 11, 2006
Abioye, i am glad you know that Transcorp bought Nicon Noga Hilton. But under no circumstance should you refer to the new co. as Nicon Transcorp. If you want to call the Hotel, it is Transcorp Hilton.

Nicon is a new corporation, which comprises Insurance, aviation, training, energy etc. Do not get them mixed up.
