The bottom line is that medicals is so expensive in Nigeria and there's no real health insurance for every citizen, in the western and developed countries people don't die carelessly, corruption is the biggest issue in Nigeria, as rich as Nigeria is, monies meant for developing the medical sector are stolen...

You just like to complain about your country and hail other countries as if they are perfect. Do you know how costly medical services are in the US? Do you know how many have lost and are losing access to medicare there? Are you aware of the exploitative practices of Big pharma?

A lot of the lifestyle habits the OP mentioned can reduce or eliminate the need for medical services, if practiced accordingly.
