Black lightening - Racism,
Flash - Loss,
Mr terrific - Loss,
Raven - Pains and burden,
Wonder woman - Choice,

Batman - Trauma
Green arrow - Loss

Coupled with the facts that we have the most relatable villains

You keep saying WB is nonchalant with flash but it has been confirmed that the flash movie is greenlit.

Even Ezra miller confirmed it some 3 months ago that Flash and Fanstatic beast has been greenlit.

FB3 has been delayed too if you don't know.

They have other franchises (wizardry universe, monster universe etc) to build and have fan bases that wants those films too.
