I bet no Hacker trained in Nigeria will even come close to hacking these things.
Home trained Nigerians and Africans in general are bad at hacking stuffs like this.
Nigeria should improve in areas like, programing, engineering, ICT, science and technology, it will greatly favour us

EducationWhat Are You Doing During This ASUU Strike? by TheManofTomorrow(op): 3:21pm On Jan 19, 2019
I was prompted to create this trend because I believe a large population of Nairaland are students. Some student might learn a thing or two from this thread too.

So what are you doing this ASUU strike, learning skills, having fun, making money, improving yourself? What are you doing really?

I'm a pharmacy student of OOU. I'm using this period to learn web development and improving my writing skills- wanna build a Forum like Nairaland. Also tutoring chemistry { my best subject} at a jamb tutorial on Thursdays and Saturday ( with little pay BTW but I believe it will improve me and make me read ahead of resumption)
So guys, what are you doing this ASUU strike?
Don't let this strike go unutilized for positive things

I said I was not going to reply him anymore but at least I can reply you.
From afore, he had called out and undermined someone,
and ridiculed him saying that the "said person" isnt even up to his younger brother per coding standard.

So i thought it best to put him in his place, a dose of his own medicine and pass the information, albeit harshly, that where you stop, someone else starts.

I was also impressed with his work sample, although he needs to understand the heirarchy and coding chain.
And not call out some random dude over nothing only to get called out in return. Boomerang!

I meant no harm. No fighting!
I didn't quite read where he demeaned another person. Everything is all good now. I'm sure he has learnt his lesson.
Im sorry for interfering between mighty men's tussle grin. I'm a beginner in coding BTW.
Thanks for clearing issues

This is the last response you will get from me.

Lol. Constructive when you called me a beginner with zero knowledge of who I was which I replied in the most appropriate manner making references to a recent project, only for you to ask for screenshots like I was lying.

I built and hosted my first site in JSS3 that's over 14 years now bro.

And all yoy did prove today was that I am worth my salt as a web developer.

Thanks and been a pleasure rubbing minds with you.
I read the scenerio from start to finish and I must say its unfair on the path of the guy to make assumptions of a total stranger who you haven't worked with to determine his prowess or naivety.

But bro, do not take it to heart as some peeps only come to Nairaland to troll successful people and have trolling embedded in their CV.

Finally, haven gone through the thread, I'm impressed by some of your projects. I'm a beginner web developer as well and I wouldn't mind a chat with you. Watyasay?
Peace

You can apply to Andela, I work there as a senior consultant, JavaScript is simple and both hard, you can learn the language (basic construct) in weeks, but the intricate part such as how JavaScript works and Objects etc. All the best
I made my findings about this and I don't meet all the criteria. Its an annual program right?
They require someone who is done with NYSC.
Hopefully I can apply when I am done with school if the programs still runs.
Thanks for the info

Sometimes, you can use your freebie to attract customer to know ur service. Thatz why I disagree with your point no3.
If configuring phones were to be a business to you. You just succeeded in making ur boss an affiliate that helps you propagate ur works to more people. wink

1. Fraudulent reputation of Nigeria, most people won't even answer you once you mention Nigeria

2.Paypal Nigeria can't receive cash

3. Most freelance agency have their payout tied to mostly Paypal

4.Payooneer is good but only upwork uses it as far as I know

It's not hard but the freelance gig economy is now getting extremely underpriced, so am looking at having services that makes much more sense than freelance.

I intend to document things and share with people. You will be surprised what the internet can bring. Info na key
So help you God.

Exactly why some people open freelance account using US or other saner climes identity. Wouldn't blame em too much. Nigeria's reputation as a country is really bleeped up.

Working for oneself is cool if one can pull through and stay focused I would say. Just like Nairaland, I'm sure SEUN will be reaping tenfolds of what any freelance agency can offer him. A solution he provided. Thatz why I agree with the bolded.

I'm an health student(Pharmacy precisely) and I starter learning HTML and CSS last year December. Will advance hopefully soon to JS. I already have a project and a solution to provide to d health industry. All I need now is the wherewithal.
If one succeeds in providing a solution, money will flow in. Lots of em

Indirectly, but I do some stuff and get paid in dollars but to be honest it's not easy because getting paid in dollars as a Nigerian is hard esp with no PayPal , am a software engineer so I have friends who stay in Nigeria and work for foreign companies, I do the same except that my employer is the middle man compared to remote workers. It's much more rampant in the tech scene than you might imagine.
I just realized you're a tech person. My bad. cry

Software developers who knows their onions really do earn in dollars. Free ur little expository above, I can deduce that you freelance well as a software developers. Why dont you get PayPal or payoneer and get things kicking real hard?
