BEAKINGS: COURT GRANTS LEAVE FOR JUDICIAL REVIEW SUIT OVER TOMPOLO 4.5BILLION NAIRA CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.

As several NGOs and groups has show interest on the recent award of pipeline surveillance contract to Government Ekpemupolo, aka Tompolo, a non-profit making organisation, One Love Foundation, OLF,who have before now demanded details of the contractual terms and documents about the contract based on the Freedom of Information Act,have been granted interim orders of mandamus and leave to commence judicial review suit against the minister of petroleum and agf over their failure to make public and release the above TOMPOLO contract papers for scrutiny. The suit filed at the federal high court with suit no fhc/Abj/ 1723/2022 and argued by a certain miss Gs okafor esq came up for hearing today, wherein one love foundation vide the case filed sought for some reliefs from the court . Their prayers and application before the court were granted and the federal high court ,sitting in abuja after hearing the submissions of Miss Gs okafor esq , therein leave was then granted by the court to commence by judicial review proceedings against TOMPOLO survilliance pipeline contract .
The court today being 17th November 2022 presided over by Justice emeka nwite granted all orders sought for by one love foundation.


The President and Founder, OLF, Chief Dr. Patrick Eholor, has before now commented that it became necessary for them as an organisation to know what the contract entails as stakeholders and Nigerians as far as oil production and securing pipelines in the Niger Delta region are concerned, hence the suit against the Federal government, federal Minister of petroleum resources and Attorney general of the federation .
Moreso the court adjourned to 12th December 2022 for final determination of this suit.

The Democratic Observer General of Nigeria and the President of One love foundation, Chief Dr. Patrick Osagie Eholor Otherwise known as Ultimate equal, has recently filed a lawsuit against the Independent National Electoral Commission for its failure to take necessary actions in disqualifying the presidential candidate of the ruling All progressive Congress Bola Ahmed Tinubu as earlier proposed.

This information was disclosed in the legal document issued by a group of legal practitioners on behalf of Chief Patrick, asking INEC to take the administrative steps and exercise its investigative Powers in ensuring that the APC presidential candidate is disqualified from participating in the 2023 general elections, adding that failure to do so, will have them visit the FCT high court or other competent courts, to seek interpretation.
The two page document reads:

“We are legal practitioners to Chief Patrick Eholor (A Labour party stalwart)and Also represents incorporated trustee of One love foundation and caring,(a foremost public interest group and human rights organization).Here in after referred to as our clients.

However it has come to our clients notice , that sequel to previous conviction by USA court on the APC Presidential candidate for the 2023 presidential election in the person of Chief BOLA AHMED TINUBU and the subsequent forfeiture orders by the said USA district court on allegations of drug trafficking and further forfeiture orders on BOLA AHMED TINUBU , there is need for the Independent Electoral Commission to invoke it's constitutional powers of seeking an enquiry and calling for representations from all parties and stakeholders as it relates to the 2023 APC Presidential candidate.

It is in this regard, we humbly apply that INEC take the ADMINISTRATIVE steps to initiate it's investigative powers in this regard and where the above personality is found culpable, to further forthwith disqualify him, from the 2023 presidential elections.
More so, it is no longer news that the Presidential Candidate of the APC,in the person of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, is irredeemably and hopelessly ineligible to contest the February 2023 presidential election, having been reportedly indicted and subjected to criminal forfeiture judgement for a narcotic-related offense by a United States court in Northern Illinois.

Going further, may we draw the attention of the commission to the provisions of constitution of federal republic of Nigeria. Which by the provisions of Section 137 (1) (d) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (as amended), Tinubu is not eligible to contest the presidential election in Nigeria.



The section goes thus:
“Section 137 (1) (d) of the 1999 constitution (as amended) provides that1) A person shall not be qualified for election to the office of President if: (d) He is under a sentence of death imposed by any competent court of law or tribunal in Nigeria or a sentence of imprisonment or fine for any offense involving dishonesty or fraud (by whatever name called) or for any other offense, imposed on him by any court or tribunal or substituted by a competent authority for any other sentence imposed on him by such a court or tribunal.

More-so by the above,
“Bola Tinubu Having been sentenced and fined by way of criminal forfeiture of $460,000 drug money in a criminal suit filed pursuant to the United States Criminal Code, Tinubu cannot by virtue of Section 137 (1)(d) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (as amended) seek office as President of Nigeria.
We sincerely hope, INEC will heed our application and request in this letter as otherwise, we shall after seven days on INEC receipt of this letter, approach the FCT high court and or other competent courts, to seek interpretation and or enforce our clients right by writ of mandamus herein , in this regard we hope INEC remedy this situation.we are grateful” it concluded.

1. What message is this crowd of Obidients passing to the ruling party in 2023?

Answer: The people are disgruntled by the antics of the ruling party, and desire change. Democracy is simply defined as a form of government for the people, by the people... however, since its inception in 1999 power has remained in the hands of a selected few and the people want to get their voice heard this time for a change. No more "business as usual", it is time we took our country back from the elite cabal

2. What is your confidence in this crowd ahead of the 2023 general elections?

Answer: Statistics show that only 30% of registered voters turn out for voting on election day. A large number of these voters are there for party allegiance, or for the promise of a little stipend to get by the day. In 2023, the people have finally seen a candidate that transcends all ethnic, traditional or political boundaries. They finally have a candidate worth queueing at the polling booth to cast their votes for, no matter what deterrent factors they may face. Expect the numbers to show that democracy is finally coming to Nigeria, as the people are going to make their choice regardless of affiliations but in search of the greater good.

3. How is Labour Party in Edo gearing up to ensure one-man-vote?

Answer: A grassroots sensitisation program is being carried out across the state to ensure that the good news of the eminent change, can reach even the most remote areas of the state. If the Jehovah witness can knock on all doors to spread the gospel of Jehovah, the Labour Party will follow suit and continue to educate the populace on the importance of coming out en-masse to cast their vote on election day, and most importantly remain at polling centers until after counting to ensure there's no room for foul play

4. Are Obidients in Edo violent proned?

Answer: Nigerians are not a violent people. It is inherent in our nature to go about our business in a good natured and friendly manner, even though we might get carried away sometimes and resist attempts to be suppressed while we try to voice our honest opinion. The "Obidients" nationwide (not just in Edo state) are no different. We just want our voices to be heard, no matter how much opposition we might encounter. There's NO VIOLENCE among our ranks. The Bible says, at night when the innocent sleep, the wicked man came to plant weeds among the crops. We have detected elements who have attempted to put us in a bad light by claiming to be "Obidients" just to cause mayhem online or in strategic locations. These elements are miscreants and should be separated quickly from a peaceful but determined body of patriotic Nigerians.

5. As a chieftain of Labour Party, what has been the source of funding such big campaigns by your party after the flag off?

Answer: ALL funding for our campaigns have come from the pockets of well-meaning Nigerians home and abroad. This election in 2023, is the first time people have finally found a reason to come together to make a difference. Raising funds to spread our message hasn't been an issue at all, as we have continued to receive goodwill messages from a lot of well-meaning Nigerians.... expect it to get even better in the coming weeks and months

6. What is the role of One Love Foundation in this long road to 'freedom' as far as Labour Party is concerned?

Answer: The One Love Foundation has always been a patriotic association with the aim of promoting equality and protection of our fundamental human rights in the community, as provided in our constitution. Unfortunately, the ruling parties and their dictatorial regimes have constantly tried to suppress our voices as we called for the freedom to express ourselves. The One Love Foundation has it's members affiliated to labour party because of the yearning for good governance ,they are just trying to make a living no matter the obstacles we face in this country. We are very pleased that we have finally found a platform to make our voices heard, as we lead us all towards our end goal ..... a happy Nation.

7. What are the issues your party is telling Nigerians and to woo their votes?

Answer: The problems in Nigeria need no definition. It is visible to the blind, and audible to the deaf. All of us can feel the heat, as we are all standing very close to the fire. Government has been a vehicle for enrichment, and the wealth distribution in this nation is very skewed to favour the 1% (which mostly consist of those in government and their cohorts). We need a government that cares about the people, and is constantly looking for a means to better the 99% and not just the elite. The Labour Party is the party for the common man. Once elected into power, we will constantly drive projects that will enrich the lives of the average Nigerian, and strive to eradicate basic problems that the average Nigerian is dealing with daily .... the most important of these being; hunger and insecurity.

It is our aim to give Nigerians a country that they'll be happy to live in. We will make this great Nation a GIANT of Africa and a shining beacon to the World in general. Our goals are people driven, and not for the elite cabals. The Labour Party is for all hardworking and honest Nigerians, and together we will take our country back and make it great again.Our Presidential candidate, Dr Peter Obi has repeatedly said that all Labour Party supporters should refrain from using foul language in the course of their campaign and there should be no recourse to violence or unruly behavior. My mother told me your voice should bear a resemblance of the one who taught you how to sing so I therefore advise all "Obidients" to emulate Dr Peter Obi. Leadership is the capacity and the will to rally men and women to a common purpose and exhibition of character which inspires confidence.

Previously Patrick Eholor organized a press conference in his house addressing the journalists on quitting his appointment in Labour Party.

Lately, Eholor said that he's still in consultation about the decision.

However, today in an interview, Chief Patrick Eholor spoke about quitting the party because of the inactiveness of his appointment in the party.
According to Dr. Patrick, he said the reason why he plans to opt out is based on the denial by the party in allowing the committee discharge their mandate. “Recently, they did an amendment of a new list where they had 75 persons appointed in the diaspora, if we were duly inaugurated and we are supposed to be in charge of the diaspora, we should have been duly informed If more persons are to be inaugurated into the committee.

He likened it as one being given a title but is not given a chance to run it as his responsibility. Adding that the title is not the priority but the discharge of the mandate attached to it.

"I sent a message to the National Chairman, Julius Abure that things should be done in the right way, this is a movement that we must do in the right way for the right result.

Eholor described the attitude the National Chairman is responding with are not encouraging. I was not asking for material things or any benefit but to be a part of the right movement that will aid Nigeria a better country.

“Besides when the first list came out for the presidential campaign I did everything to do a damage control, when names were found missing, assuring them that the error will be corrected. Surprisingly, another list came out omitting my name and that is not the issue.
The challenge is that they are unable to recognize my willingness to serve which made me said I was going to consult friends relatives for a better decision that will not affect the Society.

"However, I am still contemplating, if they will not yield to some of advices that will make them win election. Certainly, I am going to resign."-Chief Dr. Patrick added.

Furthermore, Dr Patrick Eholor said he is partaking to win not to lose, so he is not at the loosing side. "I am not here for the title and the position, mine is different than other people’s objectives.

He said "The Party’s Flag bearer is not the issue, I don't need to see him or meet him for the work to be done but the committee led by the chairman. Peter Obi is also busy on the other part, therefore the party chairman has a responsibility to coordinate other chieftains as well as members of the party to winning the coming general elections, not at the National level alone but to the Governorship ,House of reps and other offices."

"When NCC light was going on, we harmonized all the support groups respectively. Pat Utomi was present at the Edo state general press conference of the Labour Party in NUJ Benin. I was with Peter Obi at Asaba when he was inaugurated as the Presidential flabearer."

Chief Eholor said his concern is that the Party should be very careful so that some people from other parties should not initiate or tarnish the party with what they are bringing. We want to make it right this time so we can not be doing it as the custom.

"Sam Omede who was a former chairman in the Party and one of the major stakeholders in Edo state, hence we do not know the reason why he was carried along . Pa Aguebor is another founding member and a stakeholder in the party, who has been fighting for Labour Party in Edo state and myself, who is not even aware of how the party is being run. As a chieftain and a Co-founder of this party, it is wrong to be hearing information about the party from a diluted source. Moreover, the result of not being carried along has made him feel in the dark."

He lamented that he wants to be in the light not in the dark which lack of having direct information has put him into.

Therefore the Labour Party have reached out to Chief Eholor, which he explained his part that he was not angry but charged them to do the right thing. Otherwise, if they are not ready to do it right, he will be out.

He finally explained he is not opting out for any of the opposition parties, but he will rather stay alone as the General Observer and Humanitarian which he has always been, to do the right thing.
Although Chief Eholor in his statement, did not feel betrayed, he said that the party coordinators are overwhelmed and doing the right things will relief them.
Adding that they are blinded by those who laud their actions as they can not see the future. Resigning will not make me vote for the wrong person, it is my civic duty to vote the right person as a good Nigerian.

My Candidature will Centre on Economic Upliftment of My Constituency- Hon. Derick Uhunmwagho.


Labour Party's House of Assembly candidate for Egor Constituency, Hon. Derick.I.Uhunmwagho otherwise known as Mr. White, has recently pledged to remain committed to the welfare of Egor people, and also ensure utmost Security for them, If he's elected as representative of Egor Constituency in Edo State. He disclosed this in an interview with Makia News on wednesday at G.R.A Benin City.

Hon. Derick, who is the immediate past Councilor of ward 7 Egor LGA, said governance is service to humanity while he lamented on the current woes of leadership facing our society. According to him “ It is unfortunate that we live in a society where leaders have turned it to service to them selves and their families they have forgotten that it is more glorious to write their name in gold than to be remembered as a leader who used the people for his selfish gain.”

While speaking on his inspirations for selfless service to the people, Hon. Derrick said the Lacuna in real Leadership inspired him to make a change. According to him: “Our society lacks servant leadership, we are in a society where leaders who were elected by citizens , see themselves as Demi gods, as soon as they attain positions of authority, they are no longer accessible.

“We are in a society where leaders have fail to realize that their primary functions to ensure the welfare of citizens, that they ought to lift the economic standard of its people .
There are a lot of problems surrounding leadership in our society. And it requires folks with the right ideology of Leadership, to step into the position of governance in order to effect this change that is seriously needed.” he stated

He declared openly, that his leadership falls under the concept of Ubuntu which means “ I am because you are, you are because I am” a system that is characterized by communalism. He expressed great concerns in ensuring growth of the Egor economy and unveiled incredible plans to amplify entrepreneurship in order to tackle the issue of unemployment in his constituency, adding that they will be trained and repositioned for employment.

The former Councillor further pledged, to secure gainful employment for citizens by engaging in activities that will boost the Economy, such as partnering with Companies as well as Non governmental organizations and other well meaning individuals who are interested in the welfare of the people, to assist in engaging them economically.

Hon. Derick did not fail to give emphasis to his intentions on improving the state of infrastructure in Egor Constituency, when he spoke extensively on ways to Improve infrastructure in the Egor metropolis. He assured that he will make Egor a top priority of Edo state government in terms of infrastructure and Developmental project such as streetlights


During the interview, he spoke on his achievements as Councilor and highlighted one of his major achievements as the birth of Uselu Economic Forum . A forum that led to the improvement of 310 businesses. He further recapped a time in his administration , when he engaged in repair of dilapidated roads by filling and grading 16 earth roads, in Egor and also offered scholarships to 500 pupils in Olua primary school. During the lockdown in 2020, with a budget of 7500 each, him and his team, distributed over 300 packs of palliatives to citizens . He also distributed packages in likes of rice, tomatoes Chicken etc. during the festive season with over 400 people benefiting from it. As well as engaging in the distribution of household wares to 200 people across the Constituency. He further stated that his Candidature will Centre on Economic Upliftment of his Constituents.

Although his team has started campaigning, Hon. Derick lamented the high cost of funding his Campaign which he identified to be 22million naira. According to him, due to the responsibilities associated with being a breadwinner, it will be difficult to raise 22 million naira to prosecute electioneering campaign and logistics from his business , adding that aside from the issue of funding, he is good to go.

A leader of the Labour Party, and human rights defender, Chief (Dr) Patrick Eholor has decried what he termed the deliberate scarification of men of the Nigerian police to assassins across the country.

Eholor in a video interview, was reacting to the recent attacks on Senator Ifeanyi Ubah in Anambra State, where six officers lost their lives, as well as yesterday's attack on Apostle Johnson Suleman, where four police men were killed alongside two civilians.

Eholor said the deaths were avoidable, as the officers were compelled by their superiors to be hired as private security for the BIPs they protect.

According to him, it is preposterous for several different the Inspector General of Police to make public statements that they have withdrawn officers from VIPs, without taking action.

He stated that its unfortunate that officers who should have been doing legitimate jobs protecting the citizens are forced to serve one man and die daily to bullets not meant for them.

While sympathizing with families of those who lost their lives, he equally advised Apostle Suleman to tell the police what he knows regarding those who have been trying to kill him since 2017.

His words "I sympathize with the dead and the injured in the attack of Apostle Johnson Suleiman. It's a day of sober reflection.

I sympathize with the members of the police force, for this avoidable incident. I also sympathize with the followers who blindly follow pastors.

A lot of us don't know what is going on, and these things started since 2017, and I urge the police to invite and question him, to speak on what exactly happened. We do not expect this thing to happen again, too many have died. We know he is a man of God, but if he doesn't want to call names, then Nigerians, the bereaved, the Federal Government should be able to ask him privately, who are the suspects?

I also want to say to the IG, if you cannot trust the messenger, you cannot trust the message.
Different police IGs have said numerous times that they are going to withdraw police officers attached to VIPs.

Nigeria has less than 300 thousand police officers, and by United Nations standard, we need more officers to protect the people. It should not be that more I can afford to give the IG and the Commissioner, the more officers they are wiling to sacrifice. We wasted 6 lives, and 6 were also killed in the Ifeanyi Ubah incident in Anambra. We cannot afford to lose more.

I therefore challenge the Inspector General of Police, after this sober reflection, he should live by his words with politicians, with pastors, with every other person.

We are Nigerians and deserve the right of protection. It is now clear that pastors give people stickers, but they use bullet proof cars. That is deceit. We all deserve to be protected, not just the VIPs, because the government has pledged to protect lives and property.

Frontline human rights group, One Love Foundation has warned Nigerians to avoid a former aviation minister and spokesperson of the All Progressives Congress, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode,FFK.

The Foundation, while speaking through its president, Chief (Dr) Patrick Osagie Eholor argued that FFK as he called, has zero integrity and cannot represent the interest of the Nigeria of our dreams.

Eholor further said no human being who goes back to his vomit like FFK can be trusted.

He enumerated instances where Fani-Kayode proved to be lack moral, political or nationalistic value.

Hear him “According to former Indian anti-colonial nationalist and president, Mahatma Gandhi, “Politics without principle, once described as a deadly sin.

We must do everything to strengthen the government. We must do everything to ensure that those who have stolen our common patrimony are brought to book.

One of such people is Femi Fani-Kayode (FFK).

FFK was reportedly accused openly by the then Governor Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers State. Amaechi said he stole N2 billion meant for the renovation of the Port Harcourt runway. The way things are done in this country is somehow. No wonder Adams Oshiomhole said that whenever you join the APC, your ‘sins’ will be forgiven. That’s what he told Senator Godswill Akpabio.

As we speak now, this same FFK has become a spokesperson for APC presidential campaign council. FFK is the one speaking for politicians who want to lead this country.

It is preposterous that FFK that has numerous charges of corruption against him, a man who should be locked up by the EFCC is a spokesperson! And all EFCC does is just to talk, brag, make noise, and chase yahoo boys around.

They have more responsibilities than chasing yahoo boys. Case should not be closed because he joined the ruling party, and that is just one of the numerous cases against him.

FFK openly insulted a journalist and said that journalists are hungry people who believe in brown envelopes.

I investigated that matter, and I searched for that journalist, found him and gave him the best award for his fearless nature.

These are things that need to be exposed and such men should be behind bars, because if you can’t do the time, then don’t think of the crime.

FFK put the lives of people at risk. People’s lives were put at risk and till date, nothing has still being done about it.

The Governor of Rivers State is just there making noise for almost eight years when he should have that man behind bars.

Femi Fani Kayode has been standing trial since December 2008 over a 47-count charge of money laundering, forgery, corruption and sundry issues.

One of the cases was how the sum of N1.5billion was fraudulently transferred from the Ministry of External Affairs account to Joint Trust Dimension Nigeria Limited account allegedly belonging to former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode. Another is a case of alleged N4.6bn fraud, then a case of forgery of medical documents in order to evade trial.

It’s a shame.

No wonder former President Obasanjo told Nigerians that once the Ife-born politician is fed, he sings and dances.

He joined the All Progressives Congress (APC) party last year, a party he spent the greater part of 6 years attacking.

FFK was the one who called APC a ‘party of darkness’. He joined the party that he had previously rechristened the ‘Almajiri Congress Party – ‘the party of darkness,’ while heaping all manner of insults on President Muhammadu Buhari whom he accused of killing some Nigerians through retroactive law. He called him a man with a pitiful and disgraceful record who looted the Petroleum Trust Fund (PTF). Such a man, Fani-Kayode proclaimed, must never become the president of Nigeria.

Hear FFK to Buhari: “You are not a human being but a beast. You are satan’s firstborn: an acolyte of the devil, a servant of the Baphomet, and a shieldbearer of Lucifer.

This same FFK licking the shoes of Tinubu today described him as ‘a bat from hell and the Asiwaju of blood’, while reacting to the Lekki toll gate killings.

These are his own words “Even if the whole country is cowed and mesmerised by Tinubu and applauds his callousness, vanity, subterfuge, deceit, ruthlessness, obsessive ambitions, lack of fear of God and doublespeak I FFK, the Voice of the Voiceless, the Servant of Truth, the Lover of God, the Beloved of the Lord, the Otunba of Jogaland, the Sadaukin Shinkafi, the Odum Agu and the Odugwu Eze will not.

On Tinubu’s ambition to be president, FFK has these to tell him “You dreamed of being Vice President in 2015 and you failed. You are dreaming of being President in 2023 and you will fail. In all your plans what you failed to appreciate is that God alone rules in the affairs of men. Tinubu refused to acknowledge or accept the fact that the Presidency of Nigeria can only be given by God and He gives it to whom He deems fit by prophecy and divine decree”.

What is it that FFK has not spoken with his mouth? He once wished Yusuf Buhari dead when he had a motor bike accident according to reports monitored in the news. To see the same man all dressed up and gallivanting among guests at Yusuf’s traditional wedding in Kano is only a revelation of his state of mind.

Umar Yakubu, of the Centre for Fiscal Transparency and Integrity Watch describes Femi Fani-Kayode in the following terms “an highly divisive figure who has been oscillating from regional to ethnic chauvinism, extreme bigotry to tribalism, to very opportunistic nationalism as a minister, irredentism of the most pernicious form, to insufferable rascality”.

Of a truth, FFK is a political baggage, a man who cannot even win his own ward.

Nigerians must avoid anyone or any party who has him as a part of his campaign. No good can come from such an odious union,” Eholor warned.

The President of One Love Foundation, Chief (Dr.) Patrick Osagie Eholor has written to the Attorney General of the Federation, the Chief of Naval Staff, and the Chief of Defense Staff over the burning of a shipping vessel apprehended by Tompolo’s security being used for oil theft.

The Tantita Security Services had apprehended a large ship, the MT Deima with International Maritime Organisation Number: 7210525 conveying stolen crude and handed it over to military personnel. However, the military authorities had ordered the immediate burning of the ship, a development which did not go down well with Nigerians as they accused the military authorities of trying to conceal evidence of high level criminal activity.

Chief (Dr.) Eholor in a news conference, requested that the Chief of Defense Staff resign for that singular act and hand himself over to the police for investigation.

In a new development, Eholor has written to the Honourable Attorney General of Federation, Chief of Defense Staff and the Chief of Naval Staff over the same issue.

The legal counsel representing the human rights defender, Ihensekhien Samuel Jnr is asking the three to take up action immediately against those who were behind the burning, according to extant laws of the Nigerian military, ans the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

However we are disturbed of the news making the rounds, that instead of handling of all above actors to the appropriate security agency for prosecution, that the Nigeria navy and some personnels of the Nigeria army, have destroyed the ship used for the above oil theft , in other to sabotage the fg efforts in curbing oil theft in the Niger delta region of Nigeria.

“However by the actions of the Nigeria army persons and the personnel, who actually carried out this grevious crime of burning of shipping vessels after apprehension of the pipeline thieves, is however against the provisions of section 111 of the Armed Forces Act, which provide that a person subject to service law under the Act who wilfully or maliciously sets fire to a public building, dwelling house, an office or any structure whatsoever or any vessel, ship, aircraft, railway track or wagon, or vehicle is guilty of arson and liable, on conviction by a court-martial, to imprisonment for life.

It in this regard, we request from your office to as a first point of call to do the following vizaviz:

1. Handing over of the millitary personnel, state actors, and suspects involved in the instant case to the appropriate agency for prompt prosecution,

2. Proper court martial of any military officer found wanting in the illegal theft and other sundry crimes in respect of the above,

3.. Evidence of such compliance should be made available to the public and our office within seven days from today.

However we are also by this letter, requesting that the above should be done with seven days, or else . We shall all meet in the appropriate court, by way of a suit of mandamus to compel our above official simple request. The choice of litigation, is for the Nigeria Army to make. We are grateful.”

The Founder and President of One love Foundation Chief Dr. Patrick Osagie Eholor Otherwise known as Ultimate equal has taken to his Facebook page Monday to comment on the recent happenings in the Niger Delta.

In the video, Eholor complemented Tompolo for his efforts in the Niger Delta so far, he also stated that the Army generals both past and present are all culpable of oil theft. He further referred to the recent National Honor Awards organized by President Buhari, as one that is supposed to be given to people that merit it through genuine works of patriotism. Noting that such an award in the hand of the wrong person, is a disservice to this Country.

While speaking on the recent discovery and destruction of oil vessel found in the Niger Delta he addressed the Chief of Defense Staff, Gen. Lucky Irabor as undeserving of the award. Chief Patrick who said that the Vessel discovered is a sabotage, also declared that instead of blowing up the vessels , Gen. Lucky should have handed over the case to the police for further investigations.

According to him “There is an information that the Niger Delta is already polluted and predicted future disaster if the environment is not properly sanitized. The reason Gen. Irabor blew up the vessel is to cover up his cronies that have been stealing the oil. If they had been convicted and the vessel remained untouched, the oil would have been sold and used to repair the damages of pollution done in that area”


At the end of his statement Patriot Patrick called upon fellow Nigerians to join him in asking Gen Irabor to resign and render apologies to Nigerians.

General John Enenche was a victim- Eholor

The President of one love foundation, Chief (DR) Patrick Osagie Eholor otherwise known as Ultimate Equal, has spoken about the recent removal of General John Enenche from the earlier released Labour Party Campaign list.

In his speech, He affirmed that the National Chairman of the Labour Party, Barr. Julius Abure has debunked negative speculations of a In-house Crisis. According to Chief Eholor, Barr. Abure said that there is no crisis in the labor party as being speculated following disagreements over the parties campaign council list, Abure also said all issues, have been resolved stressing that the party has all it takes to win the forthcoming General election, and re-position the country to the right path.

Speaking on the removal of General John Enenche's name from the Party's Campaign list Patriot Patrick described General John Enenche, as a victim of the Buhari led administration.

In his remarks “Labor party's chairman and Peter Obi removed the General John Enenche who tried to cover up for the government over the Lekki massacre, because of his oath of office as a military officer, sacrificed himself by lying and said the tragic pictures were photoshopped, this shows to you the credibility of Labor Party.

“I Chief (DR) Patrick Osagie Eholor ,was part of the Endsars Protest and I was a victim of the police brutality and I tell my fellow Nigerians today, that the only way to right these wrongs is to turn the light of truth upon them. General John Enenche was a victim, no excuses for him of the administration of the Mohammadu buhari regime.
I am also sure that this has exposed the Presidential candidate of APC and the former lagos state Governor Babatunde fashola as well as the present Governor of Lagos state Sanwo Olu over their cover up of the innocent Nigerians that were massacred at Lekki toll gate.

He further commented that the Labour Party has resolved to add more team members, to strengthen its campaign efforts. In his words ”Regarding the presidential campaign council list of labor party, the Labor party has resolved to add additional substitute lists to cover up the areas that has not, or was not initially publicized. I want to advise the obidient people to remain focused, there is no need to be alarmed, they will have to give to Caesar what is Caesars. The dirty game is over and we must take back our country from them together, yes we can.” Eholor stated.

Prior to the Labour Party's Campaign team List which was previously released, several controversies have awaken in the mind of public spectators as one of National Party Cordinators Chief Dr. Patrick Osagie Eholor's name was omitted.

In an interview with our Correspondent in his residence, Chief Dr. Patrick Osagie Eholor otherwise known as the Ultimate equal, on Thursday said that the newly released campaign list was not the final list and affirmed that he is unbothered about the development.
In his remarks.” This is not the final list and even if my name was excluded, it's no big deal. Moreover, I have already been given a position as a director of Contact and mobilization of Diaspora.

“My name cannot be on every list the party releases, and agitations like this one is not different from the display of Nepotism and favoritism which is a major problem in this country. There are several other Chieftains of the party who's names were also omitted, I am talking about the likes of Verified Professor Pat Utomi, Pa Aguebor and others.

“As shown on the list, there's a vacuum for Edo state and I trust the Unique and responsible National chairman Barr. Julius Abure who does not want us in Edo State to be disenfranchised by any means. So there's no need for apprehension.” Patrick stated.

In responding to Cases of typographical errors on the list, Chief Patrick who said that “the party is Organized but not perfect” declared that no name will be eliminated from the list. Saying that together as a party the list will be reviewed and if necessary, more persons fit for the job will be added to it.”
Chief Patrick further reiterated that if elected, the Labour Party’s flag bearer Peter obi is not a magician that will repair the great damage already done to the country in a split second but he intends to do so gradually with the Obidient vehicle.

Also Speaking on a recent accusation against the APC for attempting to get INEC to dump electronic result transmissions, Chief Patrick said that the likes of the accused never believed in free and fair elections but however, the country now has a transparent camera with which people are being informed. “We are telling people who want to claim back their country try to be vigilant” but I can assure you that those who had it in mind are already having a rethink, because things are not like they use to be..


He further debunked rumors that registered the Obidient movement as an offspring of Endsars protest, stating that regardless Endsars protest was a test for the agitation for a change.

Human Rights Activist and President, One Love Foundation, Patrick Eholo, yesterday, picked holes in the list of those enlisted by President Muhammadu Buhari for the national awards, saying the likes of Godwin Emefiele, the Central Bank of Nigeria Governor, the award winning singer and song writer, Burna Boy,  the late Abba Kyari don't deserve being nominated.


He expressed his resentment while speaking with Journalists in Benin as regards the choice of president on those who have made the list to be honoured.


Eholo said the CBN governor has not been able to manage the nation's economy very well citing that under his leadership, the country's currency crumbled before the dollar.


Eholo said the song writer is under investigation and should be allowed to prove himself innocent before being honoured just as he said the late Abba Kyari did not obey court orders when he was alive and on that, he doesn't deserve any posthumous award.


"We have list of people, yes, some of them are credible, people like Okonjo Iweala, they are very credible, and some other persons, they desired it but how can you give an award to a CBN governor, Godwin Emefiele, who took naira from 190 to 740 as of today.


 "Has Nigeria become a country that reward failure? How can you give an award to Burna Boy, a song singer and writer who went to Cuba Club, again, Burna Boy can sue me on this if I am lying, to instruct his police to shoot a man that he wanted to take his wife from because the man resisted him. 


"And I wrote a letter to the IGP, I wrote a letter to the Commissioner of Police in Lagos, I wrote a letter to Human Rights Commission, I wrote a complain to California, those who gave him the Grammy award and he is under investigation and this same person who is being investigated locally and internationally is being rewarded. 


"Has Nigeria become that country that rewards failure? Abba Kyari, who did not do this country good before he died, who disobeyed every court judgement, and they are giving him posthumous award and my question is, is Nigeria going to enter the Guinness Book of Record as a country that rewards failure? These Kingpins have remained the go to guys by successive government on issues that bother on community relations and sundry issues between the three legged stool which include the federal government, the Oil companies and the communities.

However, lately another leg has been added to the stool which is the security of the oil pipelines. One of the kingpins of the Militia group known as Movement for the emancipation of the Niger Delta ( MEND), was recently awarded a contract worth 4.8 billion monthly to secure the crude oil pipelines, due to the escalation of the crude oil theft which is on an all time high currently, with the country losing in billions of naira to that innit. That is a no brainer really, innit? If we're going to pay N4.8 billion to secure the pipelines you got to be losing billions of naira to that.


So calm down if you think the contract sum was a bit is too much. As Asari dokubo who used to be Tompolo's comrade and arm during the niger delta struggle is entirely adverse to the contract given to tompolo, spitting fire, crying foul and not holding back at all. He dares even the authorities.

According to Dokubo “ Tompolo carry urhobo people own, carry itsekiri own, carry Benin people own even all the bayelsa own. Tell him not to carry Kalabari own for rivers I don't mean the state but Kalabari na im I talk”


A current affairs commentator renowned social critic, activists and President of one love foundation, Chief Dr Osagie Eholor said he has no scruples with the contract, but he requires some clarification. according to him
“ I have no personal issue with tompolo, I know that he has also suffered pains. And whatever he gets I'm not worried about what he's getting or what's coming to him. But I also care about my people. He said he will carry everybody along. We also have pipelines running through Edo state. Therefore, our people are also unemployed, I look at this as a welfare package, and if he's cooperating with us, I will also work with him, but, nobody has a monopoly to violence.




“ I have written him and he is yet to respond to me but I have also approached the court with the Freedom of Information Act (FOI ) I want to know who are the beneficiaries and signatories of the contract.
Tompolo is more of a Gentleman than Asari Dokubo. Asari dokubo’s excesses are getting too much in this country.
I have condemned some his unacceptable acts too. Like the other time when he was parading himself as a king with rifles and Gun, He doesn't have the right to do that.” Dr. Patrick Concluded.

However, Government Epemupolo also known as Tompolo however says he is ready to spread the butter around insisting he is not eating it all.
In his remarks: “ Saturday, Sunday and Monday we are going to move into serious action, where We'll stop all illegal activities in the Niger Delta very soon. We'll still employ the press to support the process, because we don't have any-other place to our country than Nigeria so we need to the do everything within our power to see that we protect out environment, country and nation.



“ My plan for Niger Delta for peace to reign, is to carry every body along. You know People who try to do illegal bunkering usually referred as blow fire., because there's no other means to survive. This is destroying our environment, more than what they are benefiting. So we are now working together with everybody to ensure we follow the right path .”

Those traditional rulers were filled with admiration for their boy and young man and spoke kin glowing terms of him and of course about him. Truth be told in this country, we are far from getting it right with the oil sector. The minister of petroleum resources, who is also the president of Nigeria-President Mohammed Buhari, has done a terrible job in the oil sector.

University of Benin, situated in Benin City Edo state, is a Federal University founded in 1970. The university which has up to 70,0000 students with 15 faculties is the premier university in South -South , Nigeria.

The University according to history has produced top notch and first class Alumnus like the former governor of Lagos and the current minister of works and housing, Hon Babatunde Fashola (SAN) as well as Bovi, a popular Nigerian comedian who recently paid back to his alma mater by renovating the University's primary school.

The University Vice Chancellor, Prof. Chief Lillian .I. Salami who had just been made the Chairman, Comittee of Vice Chancellors, was recently Lambasted by Chief Dr Patrick Osagie Eholor otherwise known as the Ultimate equal.

According to Dr Patrick : “We have a misplaced priority in this country especially when it comes to choosing one who can lead a prestigious institution like University of Benin.
Although I didn't attend the school, but I know a lot of great people who are alumni of the Institution.

“Lilian Salami is a disaster. Before now she didn't understand that when you become a Vice Chancellor you inherited everything that came with it. Firstly, she's supposed to be a VC but at a time, she threatened to cancel senate union of the SUG in that school, but I supported the students from behind and the issue was resolved it amicably. “

“We have about three strikes on her already because she's not performing well. Some chiefs who are thieves in Benin kingdom supported her and disenfranchised the most qualified aspirants of the Vice Chancellor position. Since the appointment, it has been a disaster for the Benin people. Without bringing ethnicity, the registrar of the VC is a yoruba person, which I don't have any issue with it ,if lagosians can also take a bini man as their registrar or if the Igbos can also do same. She's ursuping power to employ people that will add no benefit, because of her personal relationship with those people. That's a failure on her path. Eholor said.

“Also, she didn't realise that contractors has to be paid. Those of us who were contractors to UNIBEN borrowed money to execute the contract and she's telling us to go back to the past administration which no longer exists, to get our money. So a vice chancellor who does not realize that she takes responsibilities and other things that come with it, is not fit for the position.

“The women there can attest that they share the restrooms with male students or something like that which is wrong.

The infrastructure they have there are not working anymore. I am not here to criticize a woman in power neither am I reduce one of my own who is in power but if I am asked to score her works on a ratio of 0-10, I will unapologetically say number 3.”

During the interview, Dr. Patrick expressed dissatisfaction and addressed Prof. Lillian as an 'Owanbe Vice Chancellor' he also reminisced a time when he advocated for the VC when she was soliciting for the post , at the Obas Palace, and how her Public Relations officer, who he also described as a disaster to the Salami led administration, that the UNIBEN P.R.O accused him because of the denied payment.

‘Mind is Ultimate’ Idea creator and number one Nigerian/Canadian Human Rights Activist- Chief (Dr.) Patrick Osagie Eholor who is known as the father of Nigerian students.

Dr. Patrick was born into the family of Palmer Osagie Eholor on 24th December 1964, in Benin City, Ovia North East Local Government Area to be precise and grew up in Edo state from an average family with his parents as traders.

One man, one vote campaign mantra to curb election violence; crusade to curb the sex-for-grade menace that’s prevalent in higher institutions;

He also led protests to Lagos to block the Edo State Government from selling off the iconic Edo House; he led an anti-corruption protest in Abuja under the auspices of One Love Foundation in 2020.

He led a massive protest to call the attention of the government to the sorry state of Sapele Road, Benin (the FG promised to fix the roads after the protests, while the state government later moved in to provide palliative measures on the road).

He campaigns for equality and social justice, Eholor has particularly undertaken a tireless campaign for welfare of security agencies and their personnel. Hence, his constant call for the reform of the Nigerian Police to have a human face, which entails better working conditions, good salaries and welfare packages, etc. His argument was that cases of human rights abuses perpetrated by security operatives arise from a transferred anger against the state to the citizens. He says once the police or military officers are well taken care of, they would naturally take care of the citizens.
Some of his landmark philanthropic gestures include notable support for special kids and people with disabilities; support for the police to ease its operations especially in the area of logistics and electricity supply;

He fully supported the #EndSARS protests, which was a call by Nigerian youth for the total reform or overhaul of the police.

Eholor was among the people arrested on October 20th, 2021, during the #EndSARS Memorial. He was arrested by police officers, while he was speaking with newsmen about the importance of the protests. Interestingly, he was arrested while saying that the protest was important because it exposed areas within the police where reform was needed for the total welfare of police officers.

In the area of active political engagement, Patrick has played his role to the level of being the gubernatorial flag bearer of the Labour Party in Edo State in 2012.

The civil rights campaigner is a member of Amnesty International, Patron of the African Bar Association and Democracy Observer-General of Nigeria among several others.

His crusading and philanthropic gestures have not gone unnoticed as he has won recognitions and awards one of which is his recent elevation to the position of patron of the African Bar Association which was graced by President George Opong Weah and notable citizens of Liberia where the ceremony was held.

Ultimate Equals as he is fondly called, has instituted a number of litigations against the Edo State Government and the Federal.

Students in Nigeria had gathered today under the umbrella of NANS to engage in a peaceful protest in Shagamu, the blocking of the Lagos-Ibadan expressway due to the Prolonged ASUU strike.



Comr. Ambassador Bestman, Former national public relations officer of NANS said that the students are protesting for the strike to be called off immediately and for the proper funding of the education sector, stating that Nigerian students mechanism and welfare should be the priority of the government.

He further said that the National assembly should pass a bill that will prohibit political office holders from accessing education and health care in Diaspora, coin pointed it as the basic reason why the education sector suffers.

The students vowed to persist with the protests until the strike is resolved despite the appeals from the police and citizens to open the road. They however, agreed to do so for 10 mins with constant pleads from security personnels around.

The students lamented about the recent deliberations between the government and Academic staff union of universities in court kick started yesterday, but however, the verdict is yet unknown as the court adjourned the proceedings till Friday.

Another protester in person of Comr Adeleke Abidemi popularly known as Asiwaju who is the chairman National Association of Nigerian students from Oyo state students campus council bemoaned the sad effects of the strike, and begged the federal government to resolve the strike addressing it a matter of urgency.

Relationships can be quite difficult to handle most times but when carefully and deliberately worked on by both willing parties, it becomes a beautiful experience.

Sadly, most young people go through the trauma of a failed and toxic relationship due to various misconceptions about the concept, misplaced priorities, vague and unrealistic expectations from their partners. 

But how can it work when most females are led to believe that sex is all a man wants? Thus, they end up ignoring other important factors.

Having said so, the question remains. What do men really need, relationship wise?

1) Respect

A man needs to be respected at all times. Even when he is wrong.

A feedback from a male student reveal that "When it comes to relationships, we men need a woman that is very supportive, caring, hardworking, romantic, and respectful."

Yes, every man has their own choice, but for me, the kind of woman I want to share a relationship with must be very caring and supportive."

When a woman is supportive in a relationship, it is extremely hard for that relationship to fall apart.


4) Good Communication/Understanding

Lastly, relationships can be managed when there is a common ground for understanding.

In the absence of those, frustration is unavoidable. Even the holy book says "two cannot work together except if they agree."

In addition, woman must note that total dependency on their boyfriend is wrong. They are not yet married so they shouldn't depend on them for upkeep and day to day means of survival.

Doren Specialist Hospital needs human face - Nigerian/Canadian Activist




President and Founder of One love foundation has bemoaned the current condition of health services rendered in some private hospitals across the country.

Chief Dr Patrick Osagie Eholor recounts the regretful experience he encountered in Doren Specialist hospital in Lagos, Nigeria. When he visited because he suffered a serious illness -high blood sugar.

According to him he had earlier canceled his HMO insurance which was not working as promised. He decided to opt for direct cash payments whenever he visited hospitals. Chief Patrick Eholor who is a Nigerian-Canadian activist citizen described the Nigerian health system as depreciating and the very opposite of what they experienced in Canada.

“During my Visit, I was asked to pay a Consultation fee of three thousand naira which I paid alongside some blood tests amounting to thirty six thousand naira. After the tests, the doctor said It could possibly result to death or coma, if immediate treatment doesn't commence. He required a deposit of two hundred and fifty thousand naira but I pleaded with them to start off treatment, with the hundred thousand naira I had but they bluntly refused.

In the midst of this conversation, I imagined what it's like for a common man who does not have money and he is faced with such circumstance, “The system must change for us to award those that are doing well. When the Doctors graduated, they swore an oath to save the life of both the rich and Poor without discrimination. But sadly it is not so anymore." He lamented.

"At Doren hospital, they turned me back for not having sufficient funds for treatment .This is so sad, If it was a common man that didn't have another means then he was sent back home to die. Nobody deserves to be treated that way." Chief Eholor said.

However, I later found another hospital online St.Edwards Hospital which is not far from there.
It is not about me or my family, by the grace of God, my kids are Canadian citizens are covers with health insurance. To have qualitative health is the responsibility of Government and they is advised to encourage the hospitals."

Moreover, as at the time of this report, Dr. Patrick Confirmed that his sugar level has been balanced and he is regaining wellness. He further commended St. Edward Hospital for their great care.”

“I Commend the Management of St. Edward Hospital for their kindness.I have 3 nurses and Doctors attending to me. I want to call out Doren Hospital and condemn vehemently their services they should be ashamed of themselves especially the doctors. This is not how to operate in the medical arena” he said.

He further Urged the Minister of Health to look carefully into the health sector as it is gradually depreciating stating that a lot of people are dying because they cannot afford the cost of treatments.
