The CAT B guy booked from Ghana and his interview will be in Ghana, he has Ghana resident permit. He booked just last week. I spoke with him and he told me this. Things are very easier over there in Ghana, I even heard you don't have to block before interview, you have 3 weeks after your interview.

From the best of my knowledge, Ghana haven’t started issuing appointment dates for people in Category B . Is there some sort of information that we do not have?

My program start date have been shifted to November 2020, is there anyway i can update it on my booking or would i have to rebook.
Someone should help me with info on this please

Yes I saw few appointments, they are not even giving category A, this German Consulate, no one know going on.

People from April are getting dates actually. I guess they are the people that rolled over their admission from summer to winter.

They recently booked for appointment using the mail booking . I didn’t ask for screenshot as i am not a scholarship student and even if they were been untruthful, i see no reason why they will be informing me about it .

These whole thing is getting on my nerves

Before I think that's the most important thing we should have done.

I think it is exclusively for scholarship applicants.
I have seen another person claiming they got appointment through mail booking

It is a German Network Carrier I suppose.

According to the person who posted that screenshot, he/she stated that the scholarship owner recently booked the appointment and also got a date already.

Does that mean we might have to rebook?

Despite what was written on the website that those in northern Nigeria applying for Msc & phd can have their interview in the abuja embassy, It’s only those in Category A (scholarship, PhD, 1st Class) that can use Abuja.

All other visa applications go through the German Embassy in Lagos, except for diplomats and government officials who can easily apply to the Abuja Embassy for interview.



I’m residing in Abuja, but I applied through the Lagos Embassy in Cat B. I still wish I can do it here.

Unfortunately that won’t be the case as GC has a focus on only essential things at the moment and that is people who are already in Canada. There might be a draw for FSW if only they succeed to sort out the essentials

I saw a video yesterday of adults beating themselves up on top of the bread and rice the govt delivered to them, how many people will the police arrest in this case? Some people have gotten married indoor, did introduction, naming ceremony and birthdays. How many will the government arrest?
What difference does it make anyway? Some people live in a really large household, will you go and isolate in the bush because people living in your house are more than 10 abi
Imagine a household of 30 people that has been on lockdown since the government asked us to, what difference will it make if one of them decides to host the rest to a birthday party?

If funke is telling the truth about the people in that video then I see NOTHING wrong in throwing a house party.
I live in a household of more than 10, we've been indoor since, if my birthday is tomorrow and I throw a party among us without inviting anyone from outside then i haven't gone against the rule. This is common sense. Party amond people that have been on lockdown isn't a crime! Inviting people from outside could be considered one.
some people arent in their right senses anymore, no light, heat everywhere. It isn't in the nature of men to remain confined in one place yet our stupid government arent doing anything about it.

Hello all. I wrote my IELTS Nov 2019 with BC and scored LRWS - 8.5, 7.5, 6.5, 8.0 and applied for a renark in dec. By Jan 2 2020 I got my results and my writing was increased to 7.0. I filled a form for refund and was told it will be paid within 30 days however i haven't received the refund yet. I have tried calling their line and instead i am put on hold for a long time and have never succeeded in getting to speak to their agents. I have also sent several mails but no concrete response. I need advise from anyone who has been though a similar experience please

Yes they will refund you in no time
Just relax. It usually takes some time from the date your EOR is reviewed .

Does it have course title and all that?

What is the duration?
How many unit program cos that of NBTE is 68 unit inclusive of project research.

That of UniAbuja is a certificate diploma which spans for a minimum of 2 years and also meets the above stated criteria.
However, it is at the discretion of WES to evaluate it as equivalent to ND

I don't know much about this because mine is yet to arrive

Hello everyone, I got a question that has been troubling me. I hold a 2 year Diploma from the University of Abuja and A Bsc from another school. Would this be evaluated by WES as two degree?

PS: I have sent the both transcript to WES for evaluation. I'm only curious about the outcome for this is just a way to boost my CRS score which is currently at 425 without the two year Diploma.

Will appreciate your views on my situation
