ViceGovernor:That is very wrong. That is one blackmail that is holding the government back. If I'm the president, what ever you are producing must be cost friendly. What was the price of fuel when brent crude oil crossed 100 dollars per barrel during Jonathan. What was the price when it near same amount during Buhari. Just last year, it went near to 90 dollars per barrel. What was the price of fuel then? So dangote saying that prince adjustments was as a result of fall in crude oil is lies. He always stops local sales when international price increases and increases expectations to earn foreign exchange and commence local sales when boycott is experienced as prices drops on the international market. Currently, he is not selling cooking gas because the price has gone up in the international market. Marketers are importing same product he is exporting at higher price. Once the international market prices crashes, he will start quoting PIB act and why government needs to stop marketers from importation after marginal reduction in price. This he has consistently done about Fuel. About dangote being the federal government because he is second highest employer of labour, that is one hell of delusion. Even the local government can put his refinery on locks if he fails to maintain operational standards or written agreement. He is riding on emotional blackmail called taqqyiya to trick loads of people about his importance and using his status to manipulate the system. If government places tariffs on his products, and use it to build a functional refinery, won't that benefit us more in the long run? But because government lacks foresight and can't overcome their own corruption, they can't think of a solution other than their pocket. |
Love800:He does blood culture and sometimes requests for my urine and stool. I don't request for particular test. He ticks some boxes if I give him some complain about any fatigue or health issue. The maximum I had given for the test and the saline solution is 10k but that was 6 years ago. I have not done any tests since then. Just self meditation and prescription from chemist friend once in a while. |
onyxo76:When I no be Michael Jackson. I wasn't addicted to drip now to be asking for more. But that was in the past though when a lesser evil ruled. With small money, you can form big boy and distribute it to people on a legit job. |
Government is sleeping on Dangote. They should place high tariffs on Dangote products. Both for local and for export. They should give room for importation. They have floated the forex and are still regulating importation. For what reason. Until Dangote begin to lobby for government help and reach favourable national resolve, the government is not doing anything meaningful. How can imported products be cheaper than products produced locally. There shouldn't be competition. But the system that is benefiting will always protect the fraud. |
I used to do monthly test when one lab scientist working in a primary health center lived close to me. He will collect samples while going to work and comeback in the evening with saline solution and put me on drip just to increase his charges. He will prescribe ibuprofen for pain relief due to stress and amoxicillin for typhoid from street food. He will always say, you don't have HIV, just keep yourself the way you are. That makes guess the HIV prevalent rate in my location. Since he left, I have not done any test again. Don't blame me. |
The wild fig litters the north. Here in Jos, it is in abundance in the mountains. The leaves is like tea leaf. It changes water to red when boiled. I took it some years back but the fruit are smaller and not edible. Mariangeles: |
JealousCobra:No. My ancestors are not dumb. The tortoise did not talk. |
Compliant:mogbe! |
focus7:You lai dis lai dis don't know tradition. We don't worship our ancestors but the God of our ancestors. If the God of our ancestors send any of our ancestors to visit, we learn secrets of the gods from them. Anyways, the tortoise did not talk so it's definitely not one of my ancestors. It is as good as meat to those guys that took. |
That's great. While I have observed your biased and tribal gaslighting, I have pity for Atiku who has failed to realize that the south actually needed that second term in office. He formed the alliance to deny Jonathan that second tenor, he should go ahead and blackmail the igbo people in his attempt to discredit Peter obi. We already know he dislike the igbo people. He should go ahead and sponsor more southerners to contest in his delusion that it will reduce southern votes for Obi at the polls. It is politics. But he should know that the south will choose Obi over him. If Obi is eliminated from contention, the south will queue behind president tinubu. The two terms has to be completed as long as this current constitution is in place. |
loveth360:in one of the places, such death is caused by thugs while in the other, the death comes from family. But death is still death. |
geoworldedu:There are aspect of dreams that comes from your thoughts or state of ones mind. That doesn't mean all dreams comes from your thoughts. That is what science has assumed. AI dismissed completely the possibility of dreams predicting future events and categorized it as coincidence. In this case, I never had such a thought. |
Science keeps pushing the idea that dreams is a product of your thoughts. But that is not true. I had a dream that I received fake notes and did not notice till the customer had gone. The following day, a customers came and wanted something urgently. He told me his phone and power bank was dead. He gave me both the phone and power bank to plug so he can come back and do transfer while I settled him with the items he requested for. Few moments later, I plugged the phone and power bank bust discovered they are scraps. Immediately the dream played out in my head. I remembered how devastated I was in the dream and changed mood from being angry to laughing because I was warned. I truly did not say a prayer when I woke up from the dream. It could have kept me at alert or divert the occurrence of that event to someone else. Dreams may not play out the way it was dreamt to protect it source. But it does foretells of future events or explains the past. |
Wow wow wow. He is a wonder |
The governor scaled through. I have not seen official publication though. But congratulatory messages are read on the news. |
Mariangeles:Come to Jos. You can buy the whole fruit on the tree. That is my target for this particular mango next year |
I had to visit the mango again and bought the unripe mango. I can't wait for it to ripen on the tree because I have seen some men and boys putting good shaped stones in their pockets. I don't know what the stones are for but somehow, the mango fruits reduces whenever those boys passes that street. So I had to buy plenty. I didn't steal the mango. I paid for it.

AI BUT FACT People are still asking Obi hof his political mentees. This means the fall of these ones were orchestrated by the government that appointed them |
Stephen0mozzy:But we prefer debate. Why should we discuss how to improve international image of Nigeria when Nigeria's image is at it best. In terrorism, we are the most terrorized. In corruption, we excel beyond the originators. In poverty, we are the capital. In criminality, we have no rival. So, how do you want us to improve what we are already best at. If you think those are not a good image to associate Nigeria with, you should be asking how to change Nigerias image internationally and not how to improve it. Change was the mantra. It was difficult but necessary. Many were hopeful. But then, what was considered bad went from bad to worse. The broken system that was still functional to an extent becomes a thing called dead. The change caused it. Then came another regime under the change mantra that was praised for master strokes that transformed Lagos to a mega city. Only that the this new regime only cared about how much states gets. The can sing that achievement for ever without recourse to the value of those funds in foreign currency. The worse had gone to worst yet they can't see it. They are politicians exposed to free tax payers money. How can they care? So praise singers are turned to advisers, naysayers not called opposition but enemy and hater of the country. Sighs. This digression is necessary because asking for how to improve something that that the government has refused to accept it current state and take responsibility for it failure stirs anger. The solution is not in improving any index but in positive changes that can be sustainable internally. First, the currency has to go. Then fraudulent business practices has to be checked and the regulations and legislations has to be overhauled. Tariffs has to be introduced. Especially to businesses selling their locally produced goods above imported variants. This will discourage importation and ensure our foreign exchange is not depleted while controlling the prices of these products in the market. Research institutes has to be pressured to seat up. Good varieties of crops has to be introduced with longer filials so that farmers can have more yield which providing them with fertilizers at subsidized rates. About security, you have to be aggressive enough to make sponsors to be afraid. Rewarding sponsors, be they religious or political figures embolden insecurity. This has to be handled with all manner of toughness. In the end, every one will queue to the progress being achieved. |
3kay945:Real farmers doesn't exist in the country anymore. Or should I say the research institute are not living up to par. Some fruits have gone extinct. No more home grown fruits |
LocalFARMERS:I had my masa this morning because I couldn't get Ankara and Koko. But these are more than just street food. They have become our culture. |
This is not about the company having Naira in it name. Its about eNaira which the company owned before CBN's eNaira proprietary. The judgement is very wrong in my own opinion. The CBN should also go after Naira land, Nairaxi, and all other brand that has Naira attached to it name. Due process should be CBN paying the company to own the trademark and not the company paying CBN for stealing their trademark that existed for over 16 years before CBN introduced a proprietary in that name. |
thesicilian:My ancestors can turn you to yam and put you in their yam bans and export you to UK. They did not pass this gift to me because I liked yam. They don't want to catch me eating the wrong yam ment for export. They got this gift from the wise tortoise of their time. I know you don't believe me because I can't prove it. But it is ok. |
Self motivation should be private. But he understands that controversy makes more money. |
bazoodo:That is wrong notion. Plateau peep work hard. The problem is they can squander a month earnings in just one night and be beefing with some one that saved his earnings for meaningful projects. |
bazoodo:In borno state, people are going to work. Jo's is less terrorised than borno state. Don't let the media cries make you think that Jos or maiduguri is a ghost town. |
Osariemen12:That will be bad. No news yet. But movement has been partially restored with the military still on sight. |
naijapikin2:I'm lost. I only know about mango fruit that you pluck before eating. Not the one you lick while it is still hanging on the tree. |
I went to get my usual Akara and Koko but met an empty tray. Poor people have finished it before I got there. As I was returning to my office, I saw this mango beckoning on me to come get it. I went, paid for it with my money and went back to my office. No one should accusee of picking mango. I paid for it. I got to my office and washed it with some salt. Don't ask what salt is doing in my office. Picked the small knife I have reserved for this kind of purpose and start eating the fruit right away. I initially thought it was too early to be eating mango in the morning, but because of my decision not to eat late night food, I had to quench early morning hunger. I was standing while I took the first bite, I saw myself seating the next moment. It was like this mango told me to treat it with respect. The mango has a very small and flat seed. I ate the giant mango without sharing which is unlike me. I'm grateful to God for Mango. |
I'm still wondering what the road blocks are for. People are looking for route to get to their office or home when there is no crises or tension. Some one said it is to control celebration but it looks like to control violence to me. God elp us. |
kpankpangolo:I disown those ancestors. Why won't they send me fish. Even when I dream of swimming in water, they have never shown me fish. |
