The probability of the man recovering is very low especially if he wasn't a very rich person before the divorce. Most men have been sent into depression by divorce laws. And about what you said on cheating, you have options to marry more than one wife as a man, I don't support cheating men, marry more than one instead. It's for your safety. The Bible supports this in Exodus 21:10, which says "If he takes an additional wife, he must not reduce the food, clothing, or marital rights of the first wife." For those who will say it's in the old testament, remember Jesus said he didn't come to abolish the law but to fulfill them in Matthew 5:17.

For the Muslims also, marrying more than one is also supported in Qur'an 4:3 if you're are capable of doing so.

They would realise that the marital laws can be weaponized by your wife to render you ineffective in cautioning her and putting her in check. If you have the ability to carry out DNA test, do it, except you're sure your child has a striking resemblance with you, LOL.

I once read a story about a couple that got divorced, they were from the West. The wife purposely initiated the divorce because she won a lottery that got her a huge amount of money, so in order to avoid sharing the money with her husband, she said she needed a divorce. So after a while, the man got to know that his wife won the lottery before initiating the divorce, so he sued her to court. The judge directed her to give all the money to her husband, that she was found guilty for lying and not being trustworthy.

The only way the laws might save you in the West is if the woman you're getting married to is way richer than you, if not, you'll get ripped off. I don't know if this law is still in place.

Another thing to note also is that, we shouldn't think that the chameleon tactic is only used by the evening newspapers or the desperate ones, now even the young ones, the gold diggers, the femme fatale are now employing this tactic. Stay woke guys.

I understand your point above, but you know how difficult it is to see a wealthy woman that still retains feminine values. A woman shouldn't be lazy, of course, she should be able to work but financial dependency is also a form of power. If a woman sees no reason to ask you for anything, submissiveness or following your principles might be a problem because you both have the same power. Surely you can't really know if a woman is in for the money if you're rich, but there are some ways to get her invested.

She should not be lazy, be appreciative, and also not have a sense of entitlement but she should also depend on you for some certain things. You grab? If a woman is made equal to a man, very soon she will become his superior.
