He scammed you. I'm sure he knew he sold you a bad tv. You shouldn't have paid any further money to fix it either. He should've paid the technician, as that was his responsibility as the seller, not yours. So now your money and tv are gone. At this point, OP, you should ask for your money back (the 220,000 you paid him +20,000 you paid the technician) back. Do you have receipts?
