I have been accepted to the Molecular and Cell Biology PhD program of The University of Texas at Dallas with a Graduate Tuition Scholarship that covers all tuition and fees. In addition, I will receive a very generous stipend through Graduate Teaching Assistantship.

I only contacted the Graduate coordinator on April 14 and submitted my application on May 1st when the schools were trying to play cello with my future.

I appreciate everyone that has been asking after my application status. It has been arduous, but the difficulty pales in comparison to the sweet taste of success. For those still expecting a decision, don't lose hope. #TeamFall2017 Yes we can.

Good morning all, For those of us hoping to write the Gre by september or subsequent months to come, please can we come together to purchase the magoosh premium account ( the one for 6 month). It is no news that one's success on the Gre is hinge on the amount of practice test he/she went through. Let's come together to be part of eachother's success story. The truth is I have written the exam before but I had a little less than 300. I think I should just say it sef, I had 294 (150Q 144V) but I strongly believe those scores can still increase with enough practice test. masterforceii initially made a post about this, but it appears I am the only one that has contacted him about it so far. Please let's come together to reduce the price burden, we will all benefit from it.

Omo I went round Yaba the other day looking for it but no luck. You could try at CMS or come check Yaba yourself. These hardcopy GRE books are usually expensive so I would say about 5k or more. Or less if you can price wella. But why don't you stick with the soft copy and use the money to pay for their 6 online tests instead?

I highly doubt if you will get the hard copy of manhattan 5lb in any shop/store in nigeria.

Second offer from University of Virginia. Fully funded with a research fellowship + RAship. Rather late because I already accepted Penn State after waiting on Virginia for soooooo long. Spoke with my super nice POI from Virginia and he really wants to work with me and putting me in a big fix. Lol. Oh! And I already have my I-20 from Penn and paid SEVIS. Ah well... I don't know.

Chill, it will soon reflect on your ets page. It takes time because they have a process. They have done their part by sending it to ets. mine took days as well.

click on gre. you should see test mode on the page that displays afterwards. The verbal and quant are separated. There are about 28 sections each. you can create an account with them to have a record of your performances.

I think you should mail ets. Am not certain about the process, but I learnt one can reschedule no later than 4 days prior to ones exam date. http://www.ets.org/gre/revised_general/register/change

Every info you see on this thread is for the GENERAL GRE TEST. So, you're on point. If your school says nothing more, don't bother yourself, that's the one you should take. The other category of GRE test is not general, but specific to subjects like GRE Math, GRE Physics, GRE Psychology and the rest. Except your proposed department specifically ask you to write those subject tests, don't go near them.

Go to ets.com/gre to register.

BY Mafit doesn't have anything to do with sending of score to your school of interest. All they do is register you for the exam. The rest is ets job.
