Health › Re: Help!!! I Am A 31-Year-Old Struggling With Tramadol Addiction!! by thinkmoney(m): 9:46pm On Jan 29, 2025 |
Ehismarkninetee: I was introduced to Tramadol in 2015 because I complained to him that I wasn’t lasting long during sex. So he prescribed Tm to me. At first I hated the feeling I just took it because it really helped with the early ejaculation.
Fast forward to 2020; I am now fully attended to this evil, it is now holding me by my neck, choking me . But I cannot seem to let go.
Tramadol has taken a lot from me; My pride, my focus, my Looks, my health, my family and most importantly my finances. I have had serious seizures that nearly took my life with my family members as witness. Now they know my situation and they are indeed very disappointed in me.
I had another seizure yesterday but the worst part of it is that it wasn’t only the seizure, I was acting demented with my clothes off. I take nothing less than 1500mg daily.
It has ruined everything because just calculate how much I have to spend for this evil everyday. For example I didn’t miss one last year 2024. It seems am now powerless to this evil. I cannot hustle anymore, I just want to take Tramadol and just lock myself indoors, all my friends have left me behind but am still living with my mum at age 31. Indeed am tired. Am really tired
I need help to stop this. I have prayed, I have tried everything. It’s not working. Please has anyone been in the situation before?? Please help me!!!!! Bro, please tell us how it is really fighting of taking this thing especially when you know you have seizures that can mess with the brain? How do u feel that pushes u to go for it again? Thanks in anticipation My help: First know the situation you are in; you are close to losing yourself. Look at the madmen you see on the street, you are most likely months away from becoming like them. BRAIN CELLS GET DAMAGED IRREPARABLY WTH EACH SEIZURES. Looks like your mum indulge you. Call your families those few periods you have your brain and talk with them this same way you have talked to us. Make video of the meeting and ask them to lock you away in a room devoid of bedsheets and dangerous things for two months. Tell them to please get a male nurse that will be checking up on you every morning of everyday to check your vitals and possibly give you intravenous fluids when you are dehydrated. *the nurse can be giving you the tram and be reducing the gram progressively, say every day. God bless you. I love u. I don’t want to give you #200 naira on the street for u to eat next year |

Nairaland General › Re: Have You Ever Witnessed An Act Of Bravery That Saved One's Life? by thinkmoney(m): 2:01pm On Jan 22, 2025 |
jmoore: Many years ago, I was on the corridor looking around the street. Then I noticed a fast movement and I turned around to catch the glimpse of what was that. A NEPA man was falling down from the ladder. A building blocked my view from seeing how he landed. My guess back then was that it could be fatal, either he hits his head on the gutter or breaks his spinalcord.
I ran down stairs to go near the place. When I reached there, I saw two NEPA men seated on the ground. As I stood there and others were narrating what happened, I got the clearer picture.
While the NEPA official was trying to fix things, he was shocked by electricity. He fell and his colleague positioned his back so he can land on him. God has helped me to save quite a number of people. The first was a toddler (a little grown baby) named sunny back in school. He suffocated because the mother force fed him. She ran outside holding the dangling baby up in her hands screaming, people gathered and while most where just looking, some elderly ones where just passing the baby among themselves screaming. I rushed down from my room upstairs and saw the confusion and chaos. The baby was turning green already. I shouted at the person holding the baby and just runnng around crying at that point, collected it and place it on my laps then I started CPR with just two fingers. Everybody gathered around me. People in that situation mostly do not do anything either because they don’t know what to do or they are not courageous. I persisted with the CPR for about 15 minutes with no sign of life in the baby. His pupils had gone inside. But after 15mins I saw that he opened his mouth like somebody gaping. I wasn’t sure what to make of it, if it’s just my pressing of the chest that caused air in his chest to open the mouth or it was him opening his mouth himself to take in air because the throat has cleared a bit? I by faith took the action to mean the latter and was encouraged to persist. After around 10mins minutes, his pupils returned. I at that point knew I have revived him. I persisted though while I gave instruction to the tens of people now gathered to find transportation to take him to the hospital now. Everybody then started looking at me like I am some Superman. The mother too was just hapless and looked on. Moreover, one sweet girl that we have been eyeing ourselves was there. She was smiling, I imagined she was very impressed and pleased. They then took the boy to the hospital. The stupid father came and as typical with some useless African men wanted to assault the mother of the child at the hospital blaming her. The nurses at the hospital told them to thank me that if they had brought the child straight to the hospital without my intervention they would have brought him in dead. The child most be about 12years - 15years now. His name is Sunny. That was one in like 3 that I remember. The next two are serious accident victims. And I administered CPR too. The last one is John and it happened at night in Lekki axis. Police brought there trucks and zoomed off after they saw his condition without assisting. I later had to carry him with my car to the hospital. I stayed there till around 5am the next morning as the doctors said I can’t leave until the family came. He was unconscious for days. After like a week he called me and I heard his voice on phone. It was a feeling I can’t describe. This happened early last year. What I know about most Nigerians is that we are hugely ignorant… we are just loud. Our education is not rich and deep. I on all cases had to shout at people before I wrestle the victim away from them.. most will just be shouting and some will be doing things that may even harm the child. In the case of Sunny, after he started giving sign of life, Devil wanted to use my landlady. She brought olive oil and asked that we give him to drink. The way I shouted on her Ehn… she just staggered back with fear. The oil would have caused the pap in the throat to congeal and suffocate him finally. I am not a medical practitioner but I read everything and anything vociferously and don’t have one strand of superstition in me. I may meet sunny one day, however, I am sure the parents will tell him about me. I gave him back his life with the help of God |

GistMedia0: In a heart-wrenching social media post, a Nigerian lady has shared the devastating loss of her mother at the hands of cultists. According to the lady, the cult group, believed to be members of the notorious Viking confraternity, came to their home with the intention of killing her older brother. However, when they could not find him, they tragically shot her mother instead.
In her emotional post, the lady expressed her sorrow and regret, stating, "Mommy was not sick, mommy was shot by Viking men that came to kill my big bro. Viking took away my mom... Just lost my mom, am so sorry that I couldn’t save your life. Rest on, mom." Discipline your son and he will bring you REST; And he will give your soul great PLEASURE (not sorrow). Proverb 29:17. |
