my little observation in Anambra. most Anambra villages are withnessing rapid development, ASUDEB is damn corrupt! they will always mark building as illegal just to induce the owner to bribe them and continue... thereby leading to poor planned towns. most of the roads in anambra towns/villages are narrow with no pedestrian lane and no room for expansion in the nearest future. the people will always be siting their building at any available space, building fences and leaving btw 4ft ~10ft as streets/roads. the worst is that some of the road/street are so meandered. though unavailability of enough landmass seems to be the cause, but that shouldn't deter a good town planning. 7 Likes 2 Shares |
