It's not readily available in Nigeria.It is actually the woman who has to insert it prior to sex.

You just need to match the ones with least risk with discipline. The condoms are handy and when used properly is okay(except there is a skin reaction to the rubber).Learn your wife's cycle and try to stay away as much as possible during her ovulation period. You will be good to go The problem is many say na skin-to-skin.

There are two types, the hormonal and the non-hormonal/copper.Usually, the hormonal is a bit mobile(but in the womb).However,it can move more and pierce the womb.When that happens,it can migrate to the stomach or liver outside the womb.
