Anybody can improve players' fitness level. Managers handle things like:

-how do we play each opponent?
-what tweak do we make today against this team?
-positioning of the players (need to ensure your style matches abilities of the players)
-who plays in the hole today? Pogba, Lingard, Peirrera, Mata etc.depending on the opposition
-If I am not sure we will buy another striker, we don't need to sell yet
-compact football or we expand play?
-who takes penalties and freekicks? Not either Pogba or Rashford can play. Doesn't make sense.
-etc.

There are several things a manager does. Not to have baby face and be looking like 'oyinbo witch' every match day.

I thought we'd struggle for goals since we lost hazard but we've been creating loads of chances but we just haven't been clinical in putting them away. Wasn't too much different Yesterday My boy pulisic really should have scored but glad Tammy put his goals away, should do a world for his confidence. As much as I don’t believe OGS is the kind of manager we need going forward, as long as we still parade these set of players, we are on a long thing.

The club must be honest with themselves, we need to invest massively in the squad. We can’t keep losing players and trying to say we want to use yoots.

When I was complaining about our lack of transfer activities in the midfield and attack, some actually think it’s because I don’t like OGS. I’m never going to trust Rashford or Martial to lead the line. Almost all the fan base were crying for midfielders but we got nothing. Ole cane out to say money is not our problem, we just didn’t see the right kind of players.

We must be honest with ourselves. This team is massively weak.
