That has always been Mercy. People call it a winner's mentality until they are at the receiving end of such very toxic trait. There was a Tacha people pitched her against in their time, and thus, easily looked passed her toxic flaws. Hopefully they are unbiased this time. But you know how viewers like to answer "occupant in a potential winner's tent".

You also mentioned she's arrogant. She always has been. There was just a Tacha people thought worse and let her slide.

One thing I give her her flowers for; she knows exactly where to fix viewers emotions. She knows how and when to switch, thus, a good game player and I can't debate that.
