How many times do we tell these pea-brained fellows that a Minister's appointment is political and administrative, not technical.

Only the Minister of Justice that serves as the Attorney General, need to be someone legally equipped for the role to be played.

No other minister must be professionally qualified for the discipline the ministry is focused on.

And this is a global reality, but ignorant Nigerians continue to insist that a minister must be something beyond what it is designed to be.
