For context, how many votes did Goodluck Jonathan secure in Rivers state in 2011 when he won the Presidency and even when he lost his reelection in 2015?

If those high numbers reflected a valid election in 2011 and 2015, then they likewise reflect a valid election in this local government polls and the upcoming 2027 election cycle.

A child that is 15 years 10 months old can't be admitted, but one who is exactly 16 years can. So 2 months is the defining maturity for coping in university?
