Business / Re: My Busineses Failed This Year, but I Learned These Lessons by ThundrCork(m): 3:34pm On Jun 22, 2016 |
1.you must have three things to start any venture: idea, opportunity and funds. If you lack any, the journey will be tougher. 2. You must be very skilled at what you do as a starter and you must commit time to your business(working for someone and running a business has failed more times than succeeded). Employees are one of the major killers of businesses everywhere and you must be prepared to play their role once in a while to maintain your standard. Swallow your pride and do the teaching or cut customers hair if it's a salon you own. 3. Diversification is good but make sure you are very knowledgeable in what you are diversifying into. Be sure to get the most recent information about it. 4. If you treat your business like it's the air you breathe, your business will never fail Final tip: When you are skilled, in what you do as a starter, you may even recruit a WAEC holder and guide them on what to do. This will save you a lot of salary cost. 5 Likes |

Some of you pretending like you didn't do worse when you were younger....shiiit been happening since time immemorial. As a 7 year old, I remember when an uncle of mine sent me to a neighbours house to collect bean cake, on reaching there only the daughter was home. I asked her where her mum was and she just kept staring at me in a wierd way without answering. Suddenly she rushed towards me and pushed me to the wall (she was stronger) and started forcing herself on me lashing me all over with her tongue pushing her waist towards mine like she was possessed. I won't lie I got so hard but I managed to release myself and escaped. Heaven knows if that happens now, she wIll be the one escaping 1 Like |

Business / Re: Is Cold Room Business A Profitable Business ? by ThundrCork(m): 6:07pm On Jun 09, 2016 |
Guitarlife: It depends on your source of electric power. With the current tariff and cost of fuel, it will be difficult to make profit. If you decide to power your cold room with solar, it will be very expensive but favourable in the long run. 1 Like |

Charpell: This quote is enough to make anyone interested in solar to understand what is needed for any load *thumbs up* One question though, what effect does the amperage of the charge controller have on the entire process? Would a smaller amperage reduce charging time? Why did you not include it in the bolded calculation? And shouldn't the battery energy be 400AH @ 24V be 9600Wh? |

"We haven't engaged in combat with them but if they want us to kill them, they should come after us" The earlier our government realize that this is a technological war....the quicker they can put a stop to these menace. unlike the past, today, war can be fought without human presence... from airstrikes 1000's of kilometers away to deployment of unmanned air-crafts to level a whole city all from the comfort of an air conditioned room. The community attack is a no no for me as this reaction is predictable. does the government think the NDA didn't know that the Army would react like this? Do they think these guys are even operating from Nigeria? We need to acquire the most recent surveillance and satellite technology, not the type that went moribund in Abuja just after a few months

Politics / Bombs May Have Been Planted Before This Administration Took Over by ThundrCork(m): 11:27am On May 28, 2016 |
Update 1: Bombings going on even with heavy military presence could only mean one thing - Bombs were planted long before this administration took over. The government and IOC''s should employ experts to scan all pipeline terrains to find these bombs. Update 2: All the bombings so far have been carried out in dark hours between 20:00Hrs and 04:00Hrs. This is not a coincidence - the dark hours perfectly favours their plans. Air surveillance should be increased at these times to at least capture the activities that occurred before and after the explosions to arcertain how the bombs were placed in the first place. If the government does not have the capacity or technology to do this, simply Google for satellite companies who can and engage them quickly. I shall be updating with more tips. "Our beloved Nigeria must remain ONE" Modified: If you have any useful tip, please post here. i shall include it in my update if found useful. we must do all we can to preserve our dear country peacefully 4 Likes 2 Shares |

LordAdam: You have a good point there. But, how do you deal with a group that is bent on secession? if you were the president, would you like secession to happen in your administration? Even when Nigeria was benefiting from over $100 dollar per barrel it was still difficult to meet up with the financial demands of the country. With secession, there is no doubt, it will result to brutal suffering for the north because their area of strength which is Agriculture is weak. There is no other way PMB could have done it other than with force especially when the reserve has dwindled so low. leakage or waste can not be tolerated at this time especially if you are determined to make corrections. If i were president i would do what PMB is doing only that my entire cabinet would not be politicians but young and sound technocrats who are well traveled and exposed 2 Likes |

When negotiation is not feasible the only solution is force. but force must be applied with a fantastic plan. This is where the government is getting it wrong. nothing is new about their approach to fighting the terrorist. no element of surprise. they are highly predictable. too much grahh grahh make me a special adviser to the president on security and see a total stop to this nonesense 1 Like |
