There was a time I complained to my friend about my job saying it was too stressful that if she could help me get an easy one with good pay that I won't mind, na so my friend come the next day tell Me say she don see work for us buh as starters #100,000 per week if you see how my jaw drop, I just dey scream, dey tell my colleagues say I don dey go, say make them enjoy the suffer head where dey that place
We met with the young man by a pool, I first think say we go dey teach people how to swim, we now go one bar, na hin I change my mind maybe na this bar we wan dey work
Several things went through my mind, the guy was just beating around the bush, na hin my friend just vex and told him to tell us the name of the job,
Immediately the guy just tell us, I just pack my bag and slippers say ehnnnnn it's high time I left this place
My friend she took the job, saw her few months later looking so fine, I come tell another of my friend, wetin happen she say me be MUMU, not long then after I got admission into uni
Rejecting that job was the best thing that ever happened to me..

Does this mean we should always have two current accounts:
1. with a small amount of money, like 20k-40k with an ATM
2. the larger amount, without an ATM card.

Then we can move only what we need using online banking every morning. Will this work with those one-chance people who steal cards? Or will they simply beat us until we provide them with all our accounts?

UNDERSTANDING LAND SIZES.

Most people who purchase lands in Lagos dont really understand the meaning of this Real Estate terms. As a potential buyer wishing to buy a land or build a new house you must be conversant with a few of this figures. The first hurdle is to understand the system of Land measurement in Nigeria.

In Nigeria today, Lnd is measured in Hectares, Acres, Meters and Feet. These measurements are affected by factors, which includes development parttern, human and environmental factors.

Lets start by asking what is the size of standard plot in Nigeria?

According to the dictionary meaning of a plot: A plot is a marked out piece of Land for the purpose of building or farming. The word 'plot' is an arbitrary term used to describe a land division carved out for property development.

The size of a plot can vary for different reasons but according to Nigeria's land division, the appropriate plot for a house construction is 50 x 100ft which can accommodate a standard house with a small compound. To better understand Land divisions used in Nigeria, different units of area are used as follows:

Hectares (ha)

A hectare is one of the lease known metric units and one which potential buyers and Estate developer seems tostruggle with - it is a land measuring100m x 100m OR 328ft x 328ft OR 10,000sqm. It is about two and half acres. A Hectare consist of 15 plots.

ACRE

An Arce is a standard unit of measurement used by Land sellers and it is almost equivalent to the size of a standard football field. An Acre is a propduct of any rectangular plot of land giving a total of 4,046sqm OR 43,560sq ft. An Acre consist of 6 plots each measuring 6 x 120ft.

In Lagos State, the standard size of a plot is 60 x 120ft ( 18m x 36m ie 648sqm), while in some other cities of the country, plots are measured in 50 x100ft.

To sell a product/service, e.g importation business training.

1. Will create a facebook page "Importation Business Training"

2. Will posts 5-10 use articles on it.

3. Will do a sponsored post of the most actively engaging post with a link to register for training

4. Will use google forms to collect the leads or AR to automate the process.

If the training is 20k/head, will budget 20k for the advert.

Will target 100 leads and hope to get @least 5 paid.

Will rinse and repeat.
