rachealfst: I just saw 'Casting rachealfst' but Divepen1 did not post anything I guess he's busy so I'll just follow the trend.
Full Name: Taiwo Oluwatoyin Racheal Location: Lagos Literature Crush: TiffanyJ, Babsopey
I'm very grateful for this wonderful platform: literature section. There was a time in my life when I needed to just occupy myself with something just to avoid depression. That was how I found myself on this site, literature section to be precised. Once I log in, I care less about what's going on around me. I've read over 60 stories on literature section.
The first story I read here was the relunctant bride, you now know why I Crush on Tiffany. I'm glad that I now have access to her. Babsopey encouraged me to drop my first story and he was the first writer to reply my comment. That's how he ended up being my crush too.
I read anything readable while growing up. My dad noticed this and gave me access to his books. I read all including his pacesetter series. Infact I read the Yoruba literature like D. O Fagunwa. He dump all his newspapers on me when he's done reading. And as I grow up I step up my game. I also love watching TV series. My best TV series is scandal. I don't see myself as a "writer" all I want is to write something that will inspire, educate and most especially draw people closer to God. Cos everything is all about Him. And this platform has groomed me to be better.
I acknowledge my number one fan on NL: oluwatymylehyn (you already know I heart you so much)
Divepen1: Best moderator ever. He once helped me out with my blog. Thanks once again sir.
Yewande1234: she can go to any length to defend NL writers once she sees their stories outside NL.
queenitee( awon eleyi. I give it to you sis)
To all the wonderful/great writers that are presently rocking the literature section. I love and appreciate you all.
souloho19: I wonder why I didn't crush on you. Well maybe because you've Sister zoned me. Cos I really love all your master piece.
SurestG: She can thank Africa.
Cbella: My buddy on Facebook. Stop calling me WOG o.
Chumpzypinky: The only writer who never hide her real self. Without meeting her one on one, we can all tell who she is, very transparent.
Bibijay123: I already figure out who the lucky guy is*wink*
Kimberlywest, EvaJael, Angelinastto, Creeza, marianneada, Lilyjoe567, Olajhideh22 and others. You all know yourselves. God bless you and bless the work of your hands.
And all the wonderful readers, God bless you all. God bless Nairaland! Sweetheart, see as just dy make my head big. Seriously speaking, meeting you on this site is a blessing. I've come to like you and value the friendship we share. I'm sorry I starved you for two weeks. Promise to make it up. Love you 1 Like |

kelly72: The first time I started feeling pains in my upper stomach, just below my breastbones was in 2005. Each time I ate the pain would come and I was only wondering what was wrong with me. By 2009 chest palpitation set in. Everyday I thought I was going to die of heart failure. Then I went to hospital and after explaining to the doctor he told me to take life easy, eat well, worry less, you are a young man, buy that tablet, eat it and relax.
Things continued till 2015 when I fainted one midnight. By morning Icould not breathe anymore except through my mouth. If you place a cup of water on my stomach or my back you could drink hot tea in 15 minutes. Waist pain, headache, constant ringing in the right ear and dizzyness were all part of the problem.
Then I visited nearly all the general hospitals on Lagos mainland including Luth and St. Nicholas. Today's doctors are simply not good enough. Not even one of them has suggested endoscopy, barium meal or anything, yet I have spent nearly N650,000 on repeated heart screening from hospital to hospital and have spent and additional N600,000 on various drugs since 2012.
The problem is not over yet, but I cannot say I have gained anything from meeting a doctor, and I have net not less than 40 especially at the govt hospitals. The little help I have received is a product of my painstaking online research about ulcer and my health generally which I started in 2015.
I am convinced that Chronic ulcer and GERD can only be helped if the patient dutifully take to health suppliments and vitamins while maintaining a vigorous lifestyle that abhors ulcer triggers, and there is a long list of them if you check online. What you eat everyday is key to determining whether you will heal your ulcer/GERD.
A certain brand of different suppliments is what I chose, plus digestive pills I buy and am always on the lookout for. A bit costly, maybe thats why I am not regular on it. The same happened to me sir. After spending a lot of money at the hospitals, and treating heart problem, I finally met a doctor who advised me to go for Endoscopy, there they found out that I have GERD,' hiatal hernia' in particular. Now, I visit a gastroenterologist. He is a specialist in GERD and so far, I've seen relieve. I hardly have difficulty in breathing anymore and the belching and bloating had reduced. My doctor's number one rule is, never eat too much food' He is right, I eat only enough and I stopped eating late. Many people have GERD without knowing |

Finelinks: Please I have been battling with ulcer, indigestion for the past 3 years. This has adversely affected every aspect of my life and reduced my productivity too.
I have been to hospitals or and done several tests. I have taken treatments targeted at eliminating H pylori, all to no avail.
I used to take antacids and stopped when I got no improvements and also read about the side effects.
I have equally used a few home remedies. I really want to hear real life experiences of people who have dealt with this before as it's causing me excruciating pains.
Major symptoms include bloating; hotness of the stomach, groin, legs, shortness of breath, excessive release of gas, belching etc. THANKS. Op, I will suggest you go for Endoscopy test. Some of the symptoms you mentioned can be found a indigestive health issues called 'Hiatal hernia' Endoscopy would get a picture of your stomach and point out if there is anything wrong apart from ulcers |

bullbull: Fake
Stop telling lies. There was nothing like southern. Nigeria..
We had just nigeria
We had west and East and north.. No time in history did we have southern. Nigeria..
And in 1966.. Central. Nigeria was created.. Go back and read your history well, we used to have the northern and southern protectorate. Lord Federick Lugard almagated the southern and northern protectorates in 1914. Please don't argue blindly |
