I was appalled when I read that PMS sells for N700 per litre in some states.

I live in Lagos and Mushin local government to be precise. Fuel is sold at N560 per litre I wondered what could be the cause of this wide margin selling price. If price is same in other places, is there any need for the proposed strike by the NLC knowing fully well that the appropriation for 2023 has no room for subsidy?
