The admission cut off for the 2010/2011 admission for the candidates of the Unified Tertiary Institutions Matriculation Examinations (UTME) is 200 as the University of Ilorin retains the usual cut-off mark adopted since years ago.
For candidates who want to study Medicine, the admission cut-off, as usual, is also 240 while the O’ level results to be presented must have been obtained at a single sitting. Some other courses also have their minimum cut-off points above 200. The University reached this decision at the end of the 210th Senate meeting last Friday.
The deadline for the online submission of candidates’ results to be used to process the admission was fixed at August 15, 2010 while all provisionally admitted students will be interviewed by their Departments.

Come on Menek lets not turn this into a pity party.

Lets break this down. You are a recent graduate with a 2:2 who hasn't found a job (like millions of other people roaming the streets with multiple copies of CV's in their battered folders)

You are from a broken home and are not the flavour of the month amongst your brethren, stemming from Land disputes (Again this happens to a lot of people and I am sure that we all know of at least someone from a broken home. Land disputes in Nigeria are as common as muck)

There is nothing happening to you that is new or is headline news, so rather than coming here looking for sympathy (which you have already received) please stop it because its quite annoying. Pick yourself up and get on with your life. For how long are you going to whine about things? You are even one of the lucky ones, you have a degree so there is something in there that you can fall back on; what about the wheelbarrow pusher or the boys selling pure water in go-slow.

You are a grown man now and should have some focus in your life and one crucial thing that you should learn is that you don't depend on anyone. If you sit on your backside waiting for people to help you all the time, then you will have a sore behind from waiting. Your post has spanned 17 pages with 7107 views and if I am correct after all the "haaing" and "hooing" only Mr Congo did ever send you any money in the end which I am sure has now all been sent on Night time Browsing. Apologies if I am wrong.

Snap out of this sorry state and your "everyone please help me" mentality and get some focus. I don't have money or a job to give you but can see that if care is not taken, and with your mentality of the situation, you will remain in the same spot for a long time and I pray that is not the case.

Fellow Nigerians, are you tired of written Jamb and post jamb every year? are you tired of the sick educational system in Nigeria? do you have zeal and will to study abroad?. Here is your answer and an opportunity as well to study abroad without paying a penny on school fees.

Their are many countries who allow student to come from other countries to study in their country absolutely free, countries like Denmark, Sweden, Finland, e.t.c. But i will suggest Finland because in other countries the admission process is somehow complicated.

I will start with masters, if you want to study for masters in Finland, you must go for TOEFL (Test Of English as a Foreign Language) pass it, then you will now sit for their exam, pass that on also, you are in.

For undergraduate course, you don't need TOEFL, all you need is your O'Level certificate, go to their website (their website is on the E-Book i will introduce to you) register and wait for the date of the exam.

NB: Undergraduate applicants does not need TOEFL

The school's portal will be opened on October and closed February.

After registration the venue of the exam will be communicated to you through your mail. usually for West Africa their examination center is always either Abuja or Ghana.

You can be working while studying, a list of website where you can look for job on line is included in the E-Book mentioned above.

I don't want to talk too much, all the info you need as been compiled into an E-Book. Admission into 4 countries was discussed exclusively, in the E-Book.

E-BOOK: the E-Book contains info on how u will go about everything, it will guide from the beginning to the end.

So what are you waiting for!!! this is an opportunity of a lifetime,

If you are interested in the E-Book contact me through either mail, dsameasme001@yahoo.com or Tell: 08058463166, 08068048858.

@Poster,

Did you study Abroad?

Nobody is going to send you email or ring you

If you want to help post it here! angry
