alphaNomega:the price of beans can never not change because production won’t be matching consumption since money is heavily in circulation and more is printed. The only way the price of beans can match same price of money is if you keep making that same beans the same way you are making that money. None shall out match the other. Your country is either matching production to meet up with money in circulation or your currency looses value. |
Corea4king:borrowing doesn’t solve anything, the money you hear being borrowed is just the government giving itself money in the name of other countries. You and I pay back these loans, simply put because nigeria doesn’t produce enough to to grow its economy and fund projects, they borrow money meant for us from us, in hopes that we will pay it. So if you were meant to be receiving 50,000 naira as monthly payment for your production, the government pays you 50,000, it taxes you for that payment and tax you from other sources, so the same money they give you, you give back to them a little which they use to device the Loans they borrowed. That’s why you see the country using debts to service its budgets, we are the ones paying these debts. You and I, we aren’t paid what we are supposed to be paid, prices of things keep on increasing because the money they generate from us to service this debt isn’t even enough, or rather put are being stolen by same government. |
Lol. Let me explain it this way. Money is just a piece of paper, it is literally just a piece of paper. What makes money important is actually what that money can buy itself and not the money at hand. Now imagine if a bag of beans is Valued at 50,000 naira. And you just keep on printing money and handing it over to everyone, what happens when the money in circulation outweighs the beans in circulation? It just becomes useless or the price of that beans will skyrocket up and your money looses its value. If you keep printing more, the beans will either eventually run out or the price of that beans will sky rocket till your money becomes useless in value. So the solution isn’t printing more money because it will just mean something everyone can have, and if everyone can have that, then consumption will outweigh production, and something must fund that production. That being said, don’t be fooled, governments print money steady, that’s how they steal and embezzle and become rich. If you just don’t print, the population of those in existence will outweigh the money in circulation and your country will just collapse. What Nigeria is facing is that we don’t fund the right things in this country to generate production, we rely so much on importation and we have corrupt leaders stealing these money meant to be in circulation. |
Beverlyjean:and singing kumbaya while holding hands will make things get better. No wonder you guys easily fall for pastors and con men. |
It’s very normal to see one as an enemy when you loose an election to them. |
Yet education is abandoned while we import foreign educated workers. |
inspirator1:na chest and armpit them no shave oo, no be that other level. |
Yusman316:yes they are. This is the BMC doing. |
Ajay7411:Abuja. Atleast the important thing is you guys are getting the package eventually. |

Ajay7411:no they aren’t. Both cainao economy global is Speedaf self pickup. Aliexpress Standard Shipping outside hongkong is Speedaf home delivery. Only difference between both being self pickup and Home delivery. |
kingphilip:when you get that item , dispute it, since it’s an untracked shipping they used, you’ll win the dispute and they’ll loose out. Nonsense people. Note: this is only if you choose to be evil though and feel wronged. Unethical life tip. |
Ajay7411:cainao super economy global is speedaf also, but self pickup. |
bond77:heard to their office yet, if nothing, just return home and wait for their call. |
JJuanMiguel:the effect, students at home, realizing the Rot in the Educational system by the federal government and a country’s educational system collapsing for 7 months as you put it. Look at federal government run primary and secondary schools, those ones have no union, they have given in to whatever the federal government does, look at the state they are in all over the country, years of neglect by the government meant to run them. Unqualified staffs, and ridiculous embarrassing pays. This same system is what the FG wants in their federal institutions? Same neglect. The workers are protesting all these and striking to show their right and you call their fight, a fight with shadows. If it is so , then leave them like that. Since practically every institution run by the government is just a shadow of neglect, Hospitals, schools, Nipost, Police stations, prisons, secretariats, and now creeping into the Universities. |
kennyz247:wike isn’t a slowpoke, wike hasn’t told you anything. All you heard are mysterious articles from a mysterious source. Don’t believe everything you see in the papers during an election cycle. |
dogmart:go work in any government institutions without a certificate, vy for any post without certificates. Granted I get your point about about the FG ignoring important things in the country. |
sonso:to negotiate. This is like a football transfer season. Managers meet to negotiate and key players meet. Articles and rumors will be fabricated to sell a narrative. |
JJuanMiguel:nobody wants students to protest, if Federal Government doesn’t mind ignoring ASUU for that 8 months, and that doesn’t motivate or make students angry enough to vote out said government and its enablers, then the citizens of the country nigeria are bigger fools. Calling off the strike will give an impression that the FG won and fools will still vote in said government. ASUU has gotten to this point, the students either learn and know their real enemies, and vote with that anger or they keep on ranting online without doing anything to help their future. ASUU are employees of the FG too, they are doing what their union are supposed to do, fight their employers on their behalf if their employers mean them harm. |
JJuanMiguel:it’s 8 months to handover to a new government, ASUU would be fools to call off now. It sends a message to the FG that when ignored, they’ll eventually get tired, and other agencies are the reason why the FG now take strikes and the lots as a joke because they have in foolishly at the detriment of those they are meant to protect. Students who are the worse hit by all these are doing nothing to make the FG sit up and do its duty, but rather come online and tweet and post rubbish. Your solution to a bad government is to give in to that bad government? Honestly seems you don’t want a progress in your country. And once the government realizes every organization, union and body is fully loyal to them, I bet you don’t want a country like that. |
JJuanMiguel:unions, workers are not normal ordinary Nigerians. These unions are formed to protect their members and workers. The same way if you as citizen attacks a policeman, the union will go after you and protect their own, that’s the same way ASUU protects their own. ASUU is striking , they are employees of the FG and not the students. It’s the duty of the federal Government to solve that issue and return students back to their universities. ASUU are simply doing all they can, voting is the things you do during elections, before then, work must go on, fees must be paid, and activities must take place, if the federal Government want that activity restored, they should be transparent and carry all along. |
JJuanMiguel:so what other way do you propose they go about it with a hostile government? |
And some fools in this country and on this website keeps on attacking ASUU, (the pillar of education in nigeria) for asking for an implementation of an already agreed and signed agreement with the federal Government they work for and a country they serve? This generation breeds idiocy. |
Stop falling for these gimmicks or clownish articles being sponsored and promoted by APC. Ayu has told you how apc fabricated articles of what he never said about wike. Wike has told you how APC fabricated lawsuits and articles about what he never said nor did. Peter Obi has told you how APC fabricated articles about things he and his supporters never said nor did.
