I see a lot of cows on this thread asking why inec should appeal. Inec should appeal because the new signed amended electoral law gives inec the power to reject names that doesn’t meet the requirements. If a court is forcing them to accept a name they have rejected, they have every right to appeal that judgment and reject that name. That’s what free and fair election means. Inec should have that power and not the Court.
