It doesn't work like that in Christianity. Your gifts are for other people. I know of a pastor whose son is a cripple yet God have used him to solve many peoples cases involving making the lame work. God decided to heal his son after many years his wife made his house hell because he could not healed his own son while healing others. God uses people, but you don't tell him how and what to do with them
